Often times when my SIL called, they didn't know what car he was talking about or they didn't know what was going on with it. Then, to his surprise, they had taken the Jeep to their shop in Newark without first discussing the move with him. Just this last Friday, (12-29-23) my SIL found out (from the insurance company) that it had just been torn apart and it was totaled.
