Worst service I have ever received. Had my truck for nearly 6 months even though he said it would…read more"take a couple weeks" when he gave me the quote. Nothing was repaired properly, had to spend several thousand dollars to fix the problems he created with his "repairs". The truck was in worse shape when i finally got it back than it was when i dropped it off. He lied to my face at least 25 times, telling me the truck would be done "tomorrow" for about 4 months. Some of the things he claimed to have repaired were never touched. Essentially had to threaten him to get my truck back. Was very close to reporting the truck stolen at a few different points because it was not at his shop for a large portion of the time he had it. I wouldnt trust this guy to fix a sandwich...

The bigger thing he "fixed" was the radiator mount. He charged me $728.42 for part and labor. Later, I took it to Tony's Corvette, a world renowned corvette repair shop. Tony told me I needed a new mount, as it's totally rusted out. I replied that it can't be, it was replaced! Tony showed me the rotted mount. I called Ron, spoke to his wife. She asked for photos, I sent them, she said she'd refund the full amount. I got nothing. I called her again. Nothing. I went to the shop. Ron said he had no idea how that mount wasn't replaced! I asked for a refund on what he billed me for and DID NOT DO. He ignored me. He and his wife admitted it was not done but won't refund the money he took from me.

Travis, we take accusations like this seriously, especially when they question a team member's…read moreintegrity. We pulled all three of your repair orders. No one lied to you. July 2025: You came in with a coolant smell, light smoke, and fluid leaking on the pavement. Our lead tech found engine oil had contaminated your cooling system due to an internally failed engine oil cooler. We gave you a detailed estimate, you approved it, we did the repair, pressure tested the system, and test drove the vehicle. Everything passed. We also worked with your employer -- one of our best commercial clients -- to let you take the truck on partial payment and pay the balance over the following weeks. At that time, we told you exactly what an oil-in-coolant failure means: you replace the visibly damaged parts, chemically flush the system, and hope no other components fail later as a result of the original contamination. We were clear there were no guarantees. The only alternative was full cooling system replacement plus engine disassembly to boil-clean the heads and block -- a far bigger job. You chose the reasonable, lower-cost repair. That's a risk/reward decision we discussed together. 9 months later: You returned saying coolant and oil appeared to be mixing again. Our tech confirmed it was residual oil surfacing -- not a new mixing event. We replaced the upper radiator hose and cleaned the recovery tank under warranty, at no charge. A few weeks later: The truck was towed in with a coolant leak from the driver's side head gasket -- possibly a delayed result of the original oil cooler failure we warned you about. That's exactly the scenario we told you could happen. When we explained this, you stormed out and threatened to smear our name online. This review is that threat being carried out -- not an honest account of what happened. We stand behind our work, our documentation, and our people. Dan Thieken Owner

Both vehicles had repairs that cost over $3000 each and both vehicles had to go back for more repairs because of sub par service. The latest incident they done repairs last July worked fine for 8 months then returned for repairs ( had oil in coolant) had vehicle for a week said they cleaned a tank and replaced a hose at no charge. Said everything was good so picked it up and parked it then went to drive it a week later and coolant draining on ground. Now they say head is leaking and want more $$. I do not recommend this company.
