I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

Tim said "No problem - I'll tell my guys to get more tarps and we will be up today to tarp your roof". I'll call you later with a status. We started to worry around 2:30 and called to see if we could get an updated status, but only got voicemail. We tried to forced ourself to be patient, but when it started to get late about 3:30 pm we started to call all the office numbers. Then it was dark. We could receive calls / voicemails on our cell phones - so we couldn't figure out why we did not receive any call that he would not make it that day. I guess our question is answered! He isn't doing the job as it is now Friday November 2nd and the man NEVER called us to tell us that he could not make it. Never go with a company who is so unprofessional to tell a customer that he'll be there and doesn't show up. Especially when things are so bad due to an emergency. I would accept that some other priority kept him, but to never call us back or respond to any voicemail? Really?
