If I could give less than one star, I would. This company came out to cut our lawn ONCE. They did a…read morewalk through with my husband, said everything looked good then a month later I was double charged. When questioned their "customer service" told me three times to check the terms and conditions. Apparantly they thought our grass was too high and charged us double. Never saying anything to us right before the cut. We went with this company be we wanted to support small/local business and received the lowest level of customer support and underhanded pricing policies than we've ever received. In addition, there prices are MUCH higher than others. Hope this review helps others. In response to your comment: you've honored my request to discontinue service??? Hahaha. Thank you so much for agreeing to be fired. You DID NOT honor my request for a credit since we were never told about a double charge. You DID NOT honor my request to have the owner contact me. And you missed the point- it wasn't the timing of the charge it was the fact that your mowers came out, spoke to my husband, agreed there was nothing out of the normal- didn't mention they thought the grass was long - and then went ahead and charged me double. I hope everyone can see what a disreputable company you are.

Buyer Beware. Jamison consistently deflects responsibility by blaming customers, providing…read moremisleading proposals, and omitting critical warranty information. They fail to disclose that they may use liner segments during chimney liner installation and do not inform customers that there is no warranty on labor if their installation fails. Evidence suggests they likely damaged the liner during a standard 25' installation and then concealed this by using segments and a coupler that ultimately failed. Their subsequent response, claiming that a visible gap in the liner does not constitute a failure, reflects negligence given the inherent fire risk. This information is intended to help the community encourage Jamison to improve transparency so future customers are not burdened with thousands of dollars in corrective repairs. We called Tufano after a day of heavy rain and an apparent leak from our bay window. The woman who…read moreanswered and got all my info couldn't have been more pleasant and gave me a realistic expectation for a visit/call based on how busy it was (i assume because of the heavy rain). They sent out two people to assess the issue and they said they'd be back to replace shingles and caulk. Two guys showed up early, before the next round of rain and took care of it - also didn't mind my questions and gave me a full recap of what they did, which I really appreciated. Everyone I've interacted with from Tufano couldn't have been nicer to work with and although I hope I don't have any reason to call again anytime soon, I know they'll provide great service and a reasonable price if we need anything further.

Our only regret in hiring John Brady with Brady Property Services is that we didn't find and hire…read morehim sooner. John gave us a competitive estimate in mid-2022 to renovate a hallway and half bath - a project delayed by budgets and the pandemic for about 4+ years. We set a start date of early January 2023 and John began his work. We found John and his colleague to be extremely professional, prompt and thoughtful in their work. What's more - John asked questions and verified details with us as he went. There was no assuming what we might want, and he offered helpful ideas and recommendations. Working in a fairly tight space, John and his colleague were respectful of the fact that I work from home and, although construction noise is unavoidable when tearing down walls and what have you, they were not intrusive or blasting loud music as they worked. I sincerely appreciated their professional manner and dress because my mother lives with us and I am keenly aware of how strangers in the house might make her feel uncomfortable. They were so polite and respectful of her and my family. That cannot be said of all contractors. Now, the work quality: I'd rate it excellent or better. John took great care to ensure the quality of the work and materials would meet or exceed our expectations. He even found a better solution for some cabinets for us that matched the style we wanted without impacting the budget. The drywall work was excellent. He managed to match and/or mirror some intricate moldings to exactly what we hoped for. John also stayed late once or twice because he wanted to make sure the quality of the work was also up to his high standards. Prior to hiring John, we had another company work on a basement renovation. The comparison was like night and day. The company handling the basement took too long, cost too much and the quality of both the work and the workers was not good. Brady Property Services was a study in contrasts with John's work completed in a timely manner, staying within a reasonable budget and producing outstanding quality in the work itself. We have more projects to complete, and John will now be our first call for all of them. I highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Teva Landscaping! 100 stars…read more When planning my front yard landscaping, I reached out to 3 companies. They were highly rated and the pictures were beautiful, however the conversation with those landscapers were so dull. Then Ami arrived! When I asked him for advice and delivered ideas, I was greeted with optimism and great imagination! Ami is quite artful (even in his personality and words) and knowledgeable about his craft. Very fun and comforting to work with. I made a huge mistake by adding about 480 cubic feet of dirt along the bordering gate in my backyard - naively hoping to build an XXXL raised garden bed. Ami was the only professional who disagreed. All the dirt was removed from the gate the next day! He indeed saved me from damaging my gate and losing tons of money in months to come. His insight is trustworthy. Regarding execution, the work was done incredibly fast and well. Ami's crew is friendly, considerate and even thoughtful about some parts of my yard that wasn't even discussed. Very proactive and kind. You can tell very clearly, the mindset of Teva Landscaping is focused on beauty, holistic design, and efficiency. The office is quickly responsive and polite via phone and email, too. I plan on expanding and beautifying my backyard/side yard with Teva Landscaping after this upcoming winter season passes. Thank you!
