This place is Awesome! Outside area is nice. Service is great. I got the winni burger, with onion rings. The onion rings were some of the best i've ever had. I got some rail sauce which is an aoli. It was perfect. Will be back.

Steak and cheese sandwich no bread and sweet potato fries. So good! And good quantity.

Very good ambiance. Outdoor seating only. Good live music going and great service. Good was very good. Very short wait despite it being motorcycle week

Mac & cheese with buffalo chicken

Service, excellent. Food, mostly good. Value, crappy. Look I get that this is a lakeside touristy town and restaurant so you are going to pay high prices, but this was a bit ridiculous. The Cole slaw was/the fish & chips was gross and the cabbage brown. If you're going to have fish fries, at least ad a couple more. The buffalo mac & cheese was basically soup. At least it all tasted good, minus the Cole slaw. Wouldn't recommend or go back.

This…read morelow key cozy restaurant and bar offers a small outside seating area in front, indoor high top tables (glass surface), bar seating & a table in the front dining area and another seating area in the back room with another bar (not in use at the time of this posting). I stopped by The Clubhouse recently for food and to get out of the very hot and humid weather. The place was air conditioned and I sat myself at a high top table in the front section where there were several people having food and drinks. The front room has a flatscreen TV on the wall and a digital jukebox. The bar offers 6 draft beers, can beers & seltzers, wine, mixed drinks and cocktails. The food menu offers appetizers, wings, wraps, sandwiches, subs, pizza, salads, and Italian dinners (lasagna rolls, chicken parm, ravioli) with garlic bread. The prices are moderate. I got an ice water and ordered the Lasagna Rolls ($17 plus tax). My entree was served in about 12 minutes after ordering. The Lasagna was a good portion served in a long oval casserole dish with 2 chewy buttery garlic bread pieces. The lasagna had rolls of firm noodles with cheeses and ground sausage and plenty of thick red tomato sauce topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. However, the temperature of the lasagna was all over the place with the center very cold and the edges along the dish hot, but it was mostly lukewarm. I ate about 30 percent of the lasagna and boxed the rest to reheat very hot when I got home. The check was $18.45 (cash)/$19.00 (card) with tax and before tip. Overall, the service here was courteous and efficient. The restaurant and bar was clean. The lasagna was hearty, but the food temperature should be hotter, especially serving food with ground meat and soft cheeses.

Being local to the Lakes Region, I'm always on the look out for new restaurants to try. One of the…read morebenefits of living in a tourist destination is having infinite options for places to go out to eat, but one of the downsides is so many of them follow the same tried-and-true formula of basically the same menu items within their chosen category. I hoped The Junction would be something unique, and I was not disappointed! The first thing I noticed was the overall ambiance, which was upscale and classy, but not stuffy or snooty. It's more polo and chinos than t-shirt and jeans, if that gives you an idea. The decor is all very tasteful and clean; everything has a smooth, sleek, well-maintained look that makes you feel like you're in a place where details matter. If I were looking for a venue to book a wedding rehearsal dinner or a business lunch, this would be my first choice of all the restaurants within an easy drive to where I live. The second thing I noticed was that the staff was friendly, attentive, and quickly noticed whenever our drinks needed a refill. That seems like a small thing, but to me, it's one of the indicators of employees that take their jobs seriously versus those who do the bare minimum. The Junction is absolutely the type of place where everyone there takes genuine pride in what they do, and it shows. But on to the food... I'm a sucker for Brussels sprouts, so I had the try the Crispy Brussels on the appetizer menu. They were fantastic, and I will absolutely get them the next time we go. For the main course, I opted for the 51 Burger, which is a smashburger with cheese and a bourbon maple bacon jam with hand cut fries. Again, my expectations were well exceeded. The burger was cooked perfectly and was absolutely scrumptious! There are so many menu items I want to try, but this was so good, I will likely get it again the next time we go. All in all, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish and will absolutely be back!

It's a trendy little bar and restaurant with an urban vibe that focuses on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. We started with the short rib poutine and Brussels sprouts (not pictured) - both were tasty. I had the boar ragu with whipped ricotta, fresh basil, heirloom tomatoes, fennel, greens, and Parmigiano-Reggiano - also really tasty. Our waiter was also really friendly and attentive, which always makes a dinner out better. Definitely glad we finally made it here!

We were seated right away and given chips and salsa--the salsa was kind of bland, and the chips had no salt. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, which we appreciated. My wife ordered the enchilada combo with three different enchiladas. She doesn't like spicy food, and it turned out to be spicy, but no one mentioned that ahead of time. Still, she said it was good overall. I ordered the "pick three" combo with one side. It came on a giant plate (as you can see in the pictures). The tamale was decent but lacking flavor, the enchilada was okay and a little spicy (which I didn't mind), and the chimichanga was easily the best part of the meal--really good. The black beans were not good at all, though--they tasted off, almost sour, so I left them. For dessert, I got the churros to go. The menu doesn't say they're stuffed, but they were--filled with caramel and served with chocolate chip ice cream, hot fudge, and whipped cream. They were excellent. Prices were fair, and I'd probably go back, but it's not really my type of Mexican food. I prefer fresher Tex-Mex flavors, and this place leans more toward heavy cheese and sauces.

The staff seemed frantic but they were working very promptly to make sure customers could be seated. I was told that our party of 2 would be about 15-20 mins. They took my phone # to add to the waitlist. The wait was more like 6 or 7 mins. We were seated in the bar area at the booths. The bar is somewhat loud but it was still average. It's nice that they can accommodate parties of 2 so easily. There were several large groups, primarily families so it's certainly kid-friendly. They serve up some of the BEST fries! I suggest the O'Crabby Patty. It is on the heavy side with caramelized onions but wow is it packed with flavor. I will be getting that again for sure!
