I called the last minute and I believe they were very busy that day, however, they were able to accommodate me. I was greeted by beautiful Asian ladies, who explain their massage package (time and cost) no extra hidden fees which were comforting. They also gave me some time to think about the choices or if I was to pass on the service. Another plus was the ladies weren't pushing to sell the service, they really wanted your business, but they were very professional about it. The location is really convenient - right downtown St. Albert. It's in the professional building (think - Cajun House) on the second floor. They are nice and big which is nice - I hate feeling cramped. But they are very bright. The blinds stay open, which lets in a lot of natural light (don't worry, the windows are dark so nobody outside can see in), but it leaves it much too bright and I felt a little exposed. The massage was very good though. She asked the right questions and checked in on me throughout to make sure the pressure was not too much. Prices are reasonable and the staff are all very friendly.
