The bacon was excellent: just crispy enough and full of flavor. The sausage was good and cooked well, and the portion was generous. My husband had an omelette and said he enjoyed it as well. The home fries just weren't my favorite; they tasted like they may have been frozen at some point. Our bill was just under $35 for the two of us before the tip, so I think we were hoping for a little more. Overall, this wasn't a bad experience. There were several things we really enjoyed, but for us, the meal was just a little lackluster. I'm sharing the details because I think there's some real potential here, and hopefully the feedback is helpful. With a few improvements, I could see this being a place we'd be happy to return to. I was a little put off by the thought of peppers and garlic aioli on brisket but it actually worked well and the garlic wasn't too strong. While I still prefer a more "purist" approach to bbq, I did appreciate the new flavor combination and would happily order it again. The fries were cooked perfectly and came out hot and fresh. Everyone working the truck that day was friendly and cheerful and even the truck itself is colorful, inviting and visually representative of the brand they are selling.

We visited Taylor Spring Farm Food Truck at Tree House Brewery in Charlton Mass. a definite must see!! The food truck service is super friendly & quick. The toppings were delicious and plentiful. This dish gave me a great first impression. I thought the cheesesteak egg rolls were pretty good. The outside texture was solid. The filling was fine.
