Rustic atmosphere on the back of another building with gravel lot. Exactly what BBQ should be. No glitter or glamour, simply a passion for low and slow high quality product. I ordered the chopped brisket, apple butter pepper burnt ends, and they had a special of ribs so you know I had to dive in! All 3 were amazing and I have no complaints. Things to note, they don't sauce their BBQ but have an in house sauce on request. Food was piping hot and delicious. BBQ isn't fast food. Quality takes time and I'll wait all day for superior product, which Paul and his team provide. Do yourself a favor and go visit!

This is a no frills or atmosphere place, but I'm telling you, the food he's putting out deserves a Michelin Star. Not only is he passionate about his product, he is a kind and friendly guy. Always grateful for your business, and tells you so. I really hope the locals help him stay for a long long time. The food is ridiculously good, trust me. It's also genius. Pork belly bacon brisket, say WHAT?! Fall apart tenter, buttery and succulent. Smoked to perfection. It smelled so good that I ordered it to go, and ate it in my car. Well done man...well done!

I'm a tough critic when it comes to food, and they get no notes from me. Every dish was a standout. I've never heard of a scallop roll before, but I want 3 more of them right now. And the lobster grilled cheese will forever hold a special place in my foodie heart. Awesome job guys! Highly, highly recommended!

Shuckin Truck was an absolute hit! They set up the outdoor raw bar...clams (littlenecks), oysters, and shrimp on ice, in a very attractive manner. The table was manned by a charming "shucker". There were an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres which included lobster grilled cheese lobster triangles...these were indescribably delicious. Everyone was oohing and aahing over these. I also loved the smoked salmon on toast and the small cups of really tasty clam chowder. All the appetizers were incredibly delicious although I would say the lobster grilled cheese was the biggest hit. All of the staff were polite and friendly. After the appetizer round, the lobster rolls came out and they were simply spectacular. They were true New England lobster rolls on toasted square edged (this is key) frankfurter buns, and absolutely stuffed with chunks of delicious lobster meat that had been lightly dressed with mayo. Those rolls were out of this world, deliciously prepared and very generously filled with sweet lobster meat. They also served fabulous fish tacos. For the non-seafood eaters of which there were none at this party, they served a pulled pork taco which was spicy and delicious. The portions were generous and the food just kept on coming out. While there was plenty of additional food at this party from other vendors as well as some homemade additions, Shuckin' Truck was my favorite part of the overall feast. Great job! I would not hesitate to hire them for a party or to seek out the food truck wherever it was parked!

Originally from Portland, Maine, the cousins later settled in Southern California. Impressed with the Los Angeles food truck industry, they decided to start selling Maine lobster in the L.A. area. Lobster was typically viewed as a pricey delicacy, only served in precious portions at fancy restaurants. The cousins saved up enough money to buy a food truck. East Coast transplants raved about the authenticity, freshness and the copious amount of meat in the lobster rolls. Their success really took off after they were featured on an episode of the TV series "Shark Tank". The brand expanded, more food trucks were bought, and the first brick & mortar location opened in West Hollywood in 2015. As of 2026, the chain has 65 food trucks and two restaurants throughout 30 states as well as Washington, D.C. I recently sampled some of Cousins Maine's delicious lobster when I saw one of their trucks at a local brewery. The "Greater Boston" truck travels all across Eastern Massachusetts to stop at breweries, wineries, and various markets and festivals. I had previously sampled food from the "Greater Connecticut" truck. The menu consists of items made from Maine lobsters, such as Maine Lobster Rolls, Connecticut Lobster Rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, lobster bisque, as well as New England Clam Chowder. After looking over the menu, I decided to order some "Lobster Tacos" (Maine lobster served with cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro lime sauce, flour tortillas). They were simply divine and paired well with the beers that I was having at the brewery. I give Cousins Maine Lobster my seal of approval and I hope to see one of their trucks again!

Properly selected cheese complimented the flavor of the lobster. 2/10 Shrimp tacos were a joke, the shrimp was minuscule and tasted like they had been fried then sitting for days. I thought I was being pranked. I couldn't believe it. I wanted my money back for them. But didn't even bother. If they fix the shrimp the potential is there, not sure it's shrimp? Never seen or had shrimp like this before.
