He was friendly and got me in and out as quick as anyone reasonably could. What I appreciated most is he was familiar with my old car and its quirks. As my car has aged, I've had trouble getting it to pass emissions, not because of actual emissions problems (I've had my mechanic fix those), but because of electrical issues. Jeffery knew exactly what to do. The shop I get my car serviced at around the corner, Eurotech, referred me to Rapid Rotation. Because of the direct referral, Rapid Rotation knocked $5 off my emissions test fee. They charged me $20 when it's normally $25, so that was nice. Rapid Rotation is kind of like an older, smaller, locally-owned Discount Tire. It's more along the lines of a humble mom and pop shop. Unlike Discount Tire, they also do oil changes, change air filters, service transmissions, drain and fill radiators, service differentials, and change wiper blades. The prices seem fair and in line with other shops. For example, an oil change is $30 ($60 for full synthetic) and a transmission service is $125. There are two Rapid Rotation locations: this one in Marietta and one in Kennesaw. This one is in a small strip (East Marietta Automotive Center) with other auto service shops. The parking lot is packed with cars. The shop itself is old (over 20 years in business) and no-frills. They have a waiting room with windows into the garage (there's actually an "Emissions Test Viewing Area"), a TV, magazines, and a restroom for customer use. During my visit, the TV was tuned to CMT. They have three bays and I saw four employees working when I swung by during my lunch break.

My car supposed to be ready at 7pm, but they didn't do the alignment and They said they would do it tomorrow. I paid $1,905.46, and when I got my car, I realized they made scratches on my car 4 rims when they were installing tires. They said they would take care of it, and I told them my rims worth more than $4,000, and I don't want you to cover it with marker since I can do that at home, and I want it to get fixed professionally. I was there the day after to get my car as they told me, with fixed rims and alignment done. But I saw they covered scratches with marker, and they didn't do alignment as well. I told them I didn't want you to cover scratches with marker, so why did you do it? They said we didn't do scratches to the rims!!!! It's ridiculous. I can't believe. And about the alignment, they said your car is too big, and we can't do alignment for it, and when I asked them to return my money back for alignment, they didn't accept it!!! I really didn't expect these unprofessional manners and unprofessional job from them. I already emailed to headquarter twice but I didn't get any help and they just emailed me back Please know that we've updated your Case...........and have escalated it to our Field Leadership Team for further review and action. Well when i actually waited for them to work on my car, one of the two led kits didn't work, so, I had to leave and get another kit from AutoZone ($100).. The Korean guy didn't wanna finish the job, and told me to reschedule for another week. I was like - "you had time to work on installing the lights earlier, now I have to wait another week, and it's an hour job?" I felt like he was pushing me away, because the job wasn't a lot of money. Then called me back probably after feeling guilty and told me to be there in 30 mins. When I returned, the guy that was ACTUALLY working on the car said he'd charge me $150 instead, and I still didn't have a problem with that. Once again, I waited in the lobby until the job was done. The Korean guy was walking out with some staff members / guests, and it felt like he was tryna be funny when he asked me - "Why are you still here? Are you waiting on your car (In front of them)." In my mind I was thinking - why else would I be here? Im a black business owner, investing in your service, what other reason would I be here (as i waited playing a game on my phone)? Later the Korean guy came back, and was like - "alright they're done, but ima have to charge you another half hour for $185," I was like - Oh that guy who worked on the car said it was gonna be $150. He then went into some explanation about 'the part' (the led kit) not being theirs, so he has to charge me more (didn't make sense at all). I knew i was getting scammed out of money. So, when i proceeded to pay for the work, he said - alright it's gonna be $217.39 (just to install some lights), I was like, "I thought you said it was gonna be..." (At this point I knew I wasn't coming back, if he was gonna do a black ppl like the way he did me, I would have never come by).

They have also kept me from driving my daughter's car off a cliff on numerous occaisions. Although, if that was their recommendation, I would follow it without hesitation as I trust them completely (and really, really hate that car)! For the consistency, quality, and piece of mind, their prices are fair even though they aren't the cheapest place around.
