I was greeted by friendly people and when I told them that I suspected that I had bad deferential and possibly rear wheel bearings, the response was, we have to check it out for ourselves to determine what actually may be wrong. My first thought was here we go again, $99.99 to just look at it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when he said and there is no cost for an inspection. I took my car to them at the appointed time and yes, I was correct the deferential was bad and the wheel bearings were going bad. They did the repair for the quoted price and the car runs like the day I bought it. I was so pleased with them that I have since taken it back to them for "Transmission Fluid" change and "Coolant Flush". They were very competitive on price and again did a great job. From now on I know where my Mustang will go for all service and repairs in the future. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

Well when i actually waited for them to work on my car, one of the two led kits didn't work, so, I had to leave and get another kit from AutoZone ($100).. The Korean guy didn't wanna finish the job, and told me to reschedule for another week. I was like - "you had time to work on installing the lights earlier, now I have to wait another week, and it's an hour job?" I felt like he was pushing me away, because the job wasn't a lot of money. Then called me back probably after feeling guilty and told me to be there in 30 mins. When I returned, the guy that was ACTUALLY working on the car said he'd charge me $150 instead, and I still didn't have a problem with that. Once again, I waited in the lobby until the job was done. The Korean guy was walking out with some staff members / guests, and it felt like he was tryna be funny when he asked me - "Why are you still here? Are you waiting on your car (In front of them)." In my mind I was thinking - why else would I be here? Im a black business owner, investing in your service, what other reason would I be here (as i waited playing a game on my phone)? Later the Korean guy came back, and was like - "alright they're done, but ima have to charge you another half hour for $185," I was like - Oh that guy who worked on the car said it was gonna be $150. He then went into some explanation about 'the part' (the led kit) not being theirs, so he has to charge me more (didn't make sense at all). I knew i was getting scammed out of money. So, when i proceeded to pay for the work, he said - alright it's gonna be $217.39 (just to install some lights), I was like, "I thought you said it was gonna be..." (At this point I knew I wasn't coming back, if he was gonna do a black ppl like the way he did me, I would have never come by).

I paid over $3,000 to have my BMW's air-conditioning repaired. After the repair, I had to bring my car back because there was now a problem with the fan--something I had not experienced before bringing my vehicle in. I was then told it would cost approximately another $900 to repair. One of my biggest regrets was telling them what the BMW dealership had quoted me--close to $5,000. In hindsight, I feel that sharing that information put me at a disadvantage. Instead of walking away feeling like I saved money, I walked away questioning whether I had been treated fairly. When I returned, they did explain what they believed was happening with the fan. However, from my perspective, if the fan was already having an issue while the AC system was being repaired, I should have been contacted and told about it before the original repair was completed. That would have allowed me to make an informed decision before spending thousands of dollars. At this point, I honestly wish I had gone to the dealership. I may have paid more initially, but I would rather have paid more and walked away confident in the work than spend over $3,000 and then be told I needed another approximately $900 repair for a problem I wasn't experiencing beforehand. I waited before writing this review because I didn't want to post something out of frustration. Months later, it still bothers me. For me, this is about more than the money--it is about trust. Unfortunately, I left this experience feeling that the trust I placed in this business was misplaced. Based on my personal experience, unless you are a mechanic yourself or know enough about cars to question what you are being told, I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had with any repair shop. When I went to pick up my vehicle and test drive it, things went wrong almost immediately. While on the highway, the truck locked up and dropped into first gear without warning. Upon inspection, I discovered that several wires and cords had been left unharnessed, and they had wrapped around the driveshaft, causing serious damage. Auto Experts replaced the transmission once -- then a second time -- but the truck still wasn't shifting properly. I eventually had to take it to AAMCO, who ended up fixing all of the issues that Auto Experts supposedly "repaired." Ever since those original mistakes, I've had to deal with a series of other mechanical problems, including issues with the transfer case, fuel pump, and electrical system -- all of which I believe were caused by their poor workmanship. Over several months, I was repeatedly charged for tows, additional parts, and labor, with little to no clear explanation. In total, I spent over $15,000, and my vehicle was never right. The front desk staff offered no real assistance and seemed unable to provide any information without Hector's approval. Communication was frustrating, and accountability was completely lacking. At this point, I feel that Auto Experts of Acworth took advantage of me and my trust. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a financial and mechanical nightmare. After later checking the BBB, I found that they already have multiple negative reviews, which I wish I had seen before going there. Bottom line: If you're looking for an honest and reliable mechanic, do not trust Auto Experts of Acworth or Hector. Save yourself the stress, money, and time -- look elsewhere. Beware.

He was friendly and got me in and out as quick as anyone reasonably could. What I appreciated most is he was familiar with my old car and its quirks. As my car has aged, I've had trouble getting it to pass emissions, not because of actual emissions problems (I've had my mechanic fix those), but because of electrical issues. Jeffery knew exactly what to do. The shop I get my car serviced at around the corner, Eurotech, referred me to Rapid Rotation. Because of the direct referral, Rapid Rotation knocked $5 off my emissions test fee. They charged me $20 when it's normally $25, so that was nice. Rapid Rotation is kind of like an older, smaller, locally-owned Discount Tire. It's more along the lines of a humble mom and pop shop. Unlike Discount Tire, they also do oil changes, change air filters, service transmissions, drain and fill radiators, service differentials, and change wiper blades. The prices seem fair and in line with other shops. For example, an oil change is $30 ($60 for full synthetic) and a transmission service is $125. There are two Rapid Rotation locations: this one in Marietta and one in Kennesaw. This one is in a small strip (East Marietta Automotive Center) with other auto service shops. The parking lot is packed with cars. The shop itself is old (over 20 years in business) and no-frills. They have a waiting room with windows into the garage (there's actually an "Emissions Test Viewing Area"), a TV, magazines, and a restroom for customer use. During my visit, the TV was tuned to CMT. They have three bays and I saw four employees working when I swung by during my lunch break.
