They were so accommodating and never seemed stressed and went out of their way to be kind and helpful to every customer. This is not an issue for this place, every time I have ordered I get exactly the same thing as the previous time, whether it be Asada Fries, Nachos, tacos etc. it is always just like the last and that's critically important to a reliable experience for the customer. Could you hear at all what my family and I were discussing while you apparently watched us on camera? I can't imagine you could with all the background noise and our distance from your truck. If you were able to hear us you would know that no one ordered the lasagna and all of us were confused by it. You would also hear me mention the shell moments after biting down on it. If you were really paying close attention to the RIGHT footage, you would see me pull something out of my mouth and place it on the dish. This should have stood out because that is the opposite direction food goes. It's disappointing to receive a confrontational response from the owner, essentially calling me a liar.
