I have a 5 year old dog that needs to be socialized and I explained that in my original message, however when I called back i was told that she did not do aggressive/regressive training. and when I told her that I had left the previous message without a response she said yeah I know, with no explanation as to why she did not call me back. I enrolled him in this training class with Bob who is the owner of RSC, not having a CLUE what to do. Bob has taught me so many techniques and ways to handle my dog, and it has turned him into an extremely well behaved dog, and myself a well educated owner. People do not realize the hard work that you need to put into training a dog, but I learned very quickly when I started these classes. Not only is Bob a great trainer but he has turned into a great friend in my life. I never thought that someone that is my "dogs trainer" would end up so personal, but I can call or text him anytime I have an issue or question about anything. He is so educated in what he does it blows my mind to even think that my dog is so well behaved now. I am starting the next class with him in June, and I know I will not be disappointed. Because it's a smaller facility, OBKC's staff has more time to devote to each individual dog, which made me feel much more confident in leaving them there, especially with my older pup's health issues. You also have an option to spoil your pup with little frozen treats, and proceeds go to local charities. I received updates (with beautiful photos!) whenever I asked, and they took extra precautions to keep my older dog safe and comfortable.
