The service is done on the car before you leave and you can get a "We Owe" paper agreement if they have to order anything for you. BEWARE! Prices are great but you get the service you pay for :( We purchased a vehicle through this dealership. At the outset, they were very helpful and delivered the car to me in Florida. However, things fell apart shortly thereafter. We had a deal for tax, tag, title everything paid for, out the door at a set price. However, when they finally sent my paperwork to the state (2 weeks after my temporary tags had expired and I had to call them every day to try to get them to mail the paperwork), I was told I owed $437. The dealership never mentioned I would owe anymore, the deal was supposed to factor in Florida tax and all fees. Conveniently they told me the man who had told me this didn't work there anymore and they were sorry but there was nothing they could do, I was on the hook for $437 that no one ever told me about, and it was my problem. Gary claimed he told me they were only paying 2% of the taxed and I would have to pay the other 4% but that is a flat untruth. It was never mentioned to me that I would have to come out of pocket to the state of Florida for anything. Even the man who delivered my car said I was good and would just have to wait for my plates to come in the mail. Also they didn't pay off our trade in until 36 days after the trade in was made (again, after having to call them for 2 weeks daily to get someone to actually mail the check) and we were 1 day away from being reported to the credit agencies for having a 30 day late payment when Capital One finally received the check. If I hadn't been so diligent about calling Off Lease every day (sometimes multiple times a day) our credit would have taken a hit. I love my car but I am furious with the shoddy service that put me at risk of losing points on my credit score, getting a ticket for expired temporary tags, and costing me $437 when I was told everything was covered. read more

SCAM ARTISTS! Bought a car from them online and was told there were no issues and that the car was in great condition. When the car arrived, the check engine light was on, there was a nail in the tire, and there was a crack in the front glass. Went round and round with the dealership trying to get them to help. After months of no returned phone calls, no returned e-mails, and the run around, took it to a local dealership for an inspection and found that there were over $6,000 in repairs needed. Now I am trying to solve through the Police because they washed their hands they hide they never answer the calls and when I go they will not let me in. I hope someday to fix this problem. Do Not buy a vehicle from these people, paid cash for car on 1/15/2018. We still haven't been able to get a clear title. Apparently there is a lien on vehicle. I cannot tell you how much I disagree with the other reviews for Off Lease Auto Outlet. I got a steal of a deal on a 2008 4 Runner that looks brand new. I had an inspection on the vehicle prior to purchase and it was in great shape. My mechanic said if he was in the market for a vehicle he would want to purchase my 4 Runner. As part of the negotiations various services were guaranteed after purchase on a "WE OWE" form. The bottom line is this, these people are great. They are not out to get you, they want you to be happy with them and have bent over backwards for my happiness. In the past 3 weeks they have given me MORE than what was agreed to on my "We Owe" form. While I can't speak for the others that have left reviews, I'm not sure I believe them. I bought a car from these folks the beginning of this year. A total POS to be honest. I didn't get 3 miles from the dealership and all the lights started coming on. As it turns out according to a real mechanic, all they did was turn out all the lights. They fixed nothing. To make matters worse, I traded a car and they took 4 months to pay it off ruining my credit. To make it even worse worse, I purchased a service contract they never paid for according to the warranty company. They pocketed the money. Its worthless. I've hired an attorney and it's game on. I investigated these folks and found out they had a dealership in a little town called Atmore, AL a few years ago. According to the article in the local paper, the FBI shut them down. I bought an SUV from this dealership. The transmission went out on it within a week. I found some repair invoices from the previous owner in the glove compartment.. I got in touch with him finally and he told me when he traded it in he personally told the owner the transmission was bad on the vehicle. BEWARE!!! Mislead on purchase of a vehicle, had to pay out monies to have vehicle safe road ready. Purchased vehicle from Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne, Al. on 12/1/2016. During the smooth and friendly transaction Salesman had mentioned that they normally fill the vehicles with fuel upon purchase, but felt that it was unnecessary because the vehicle had 3/4 of a tank of gasoline. The check engine light was on when we test drove the vehicle. General Manager had the vehicle taken to the garage area to resolve the check engine light issue. He had come back a few moments later to say that it was resolved and that the gas cap was loose. Cap was tightened and check engine light was no longer illuminated. We were also told that the vehicles go through a series of checks and certified. Later that day the check engine light came back on. I checked to see if possibly the gas cap was loose again and to my surprise this particular vehicle was design and built with "no cap". Also, to have retrieved and cleared the DTCS P0420 and P0460 codes, Service Technician had to know of what the codes were. These were the check engine light codes I retrieved later in the day from an AutoZone. We had taken the vehicle into a Ford Service Department and found that the vehicle was: 1) In need of a clutch assembly. 2) Evap purge valve to be faulty, found fuel in canister, fuel tank collapsed/deformed from faulty purge valve (check engine code DTCS P0420), replaced fuel tank, fuel pump, evap purge valve and evap canister at a cost of $2266.85. Purchased the Extended Warranty. Extended Warranty Company would not cover any cost due to they felt it was a "pre-existing condition" and that there was a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) 16-0062 on vehicle. 3) The Catalytic Converter had to be replaced, (check engine code DTCS P0460). We had tried to resolve this issue by telephone, e-mail and BBB - Better Business Bureau, Complaint ID#: 85071409 with Off Lease Auto Outlet in Daphne, Al. to only not answer the phone, return e-mails and no response to BBB. read more

I purchased my car about 37 days ago. At the time that I purchased the vehicle, all of the paper work went smoothly, my loan was approved, I even provided full coverage insurance and copies of all of my paperwork in order to expedite the tag and registration process. Once the 30 day mark approached I began calling both my bank and the dealership to get information regarding the title to my vehicle so that I could begin applying for the appropriate tag required by LAW for me to drive my vehicle. My bank informed me that the OFF LEASE AUTO car dealership would have my title and all information I would need in order to apply for the proper tag. My bank also informed me that once the dealership received the title it would basically be instantaneously sent over to my bank. With that information I leave the bank alone and begin calling the car dealership for an ESTIMATE of when my title info would arrive, The first day that I called a sales man transferred me to Carla/Carroll's office. No answer. So I left a detailed message. I call twice the next day and get sent to the same office.Left a message. The third day I left them know Carla/Carroll is not answering the phone or returning my phone calls. Jerry writes down a message from me to give to Carroll. I wait a day, still no response, On the 5th day I refuse to be transferred or placed on hold until I get some kind of information on the whereabouts of my title after I purchased the vehicle 34 days. I speak with another salesman who happened to be the man who sold me the vehicle and he states to me that he spoke with Carroll regarding my title, and promised that everything would be settled within 2 hours and that he would return my call in 2 hours. Of course, here I am 72 hours later and still no response, no returned phone calls, and no info about when I MIGHT expect my title.
