I would say their price is "ok" for the service, but if you have anything that goes wrong, some of their employees don't have the "help the customer and make everything right" kind of attitude that you need to grow a business. I was having to contact Pablo multiple times because he would never keep us informed on parts or an install date. Its only in the moments like what we went through that you see the true colors of individuals, and our tech ended up being lazy or preoccupied. I will just take my car to Audi of Tri Cities where they will do routine maintenance without a $150 inspection and provide a loaner. Don't waste your time with this scam shop.
