I used them many years ago in 2020 to do a full Tint job on my car and recently I had to get my windshield replaced and went back to them for a tint job. They not only accommodated to my schedule but also squeezed me in on a busy day to get the job done due to my work schedule. Isaiah worked on my windshield tint and did a fantastic job. Lots of places can do window tints, but if you are looking for a business that treats you like family, is honest and upfront with their pricing and will go the extra mile to make you happy, do go check this place out. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you Cedro and crew!

We went back and forward with the guy explaining to him what he did was wrong, he didn't care, this man does not care about the customers. We couldn't do much so we just gave him the green light to fix the vehicle, fast forward to the day we picked up the vehicle, we noticed abs and traction control lights on, on further inspection we noticed the rear abs sensor was disconnected, idk why it would be if the repair was not in the rear. The front brake caliper bolts were loose as well. For what they charge it's absolutely unacceptable. If I could I would give this place negative stars.

Moving to the Tri-Cities somewhat recently, one of my biggest concerns in finding new services was…read morelocating an auto repair shop as competent/ethical/communicative/fair value as my Seattle fave. After trying a neighbor's recommended mechanic and not loving it, I gave West Richland Auto Repair (WRAR) a try based on its Yelp reviews. The five-star reviews are well-deserved. I initially took my car to WRAR for an oil change and check-up. I was impressed by the team's friendliness and efficiency and the waiting area's cleanliness. They texted me a full status report of the condition of my car, prioritizing items needing repair by color and with estimated pricing. We agreed on what to do that day and what to save for another time. My car was ready for pick up around the time they'd originally estimated. Given the great communication with WRAR and the reasonable pricing, I chose to have them complete a major repair. They did a great job, finished within the parameters they'd originally set despite the record-breaking heat and followed up a week later to see how everything was working. West Richland Auto Repair is now my go-to for all things car. Questions about where I should take my car for a windshield repair? I called them for a recommendation. Same with a trailer hitch installation. Super helpful!
