Tried several other bigger name stereo shops and everyone had either a long wait to get an install or just didn't talk to us. I was pleasantly surprised by the Audio Kings prompt service and ample supply of quality car stereos. They had what we wanted and were able to make the installation while we waited. I had some windows tinted to match the factory tinting. Price was better than most others and it looks good. It's been a couple of months with no issues and still looks great! Update- I have a truck I wanted to update my stereo in. I installed one, it wasn't going to work. I knew this place did stereos and so I took it there. They installed one of theirs. First few weeks it worked ok ish. It didn't really fit, if you pushed ANY buttons it would stop working. Forget about changing the station or volume. I called about it and they wanted to charge me a whole new installation to fix it. Couple of months later the thing won't even turn on and it is all lose in my truck. It's terrible!!! Had they fixed what I paid them to do I would have been happy. Save your self some time, money and frustration and go someplace else!!! read more

If you got an older car and don't care about quality and need a cheap tint job then this is you're place. Bubbles in my back window and scratches in the tint. Not to mention the streaks from the solution BETWEEN the glass and tint. Windows are forever streaked. read more

they screwed up my ignition and gear selector installing a radio. didn't fix it and I went to drive home and my car wouldn't get out of park and the key was stuck on so now I can't tow the vehicle cause they broke the release switch the first time trying to get it out of park and the battery will be dead cause the keys stuck in the ignition and said it was like that before they worked on it. I highly recommend going elsewhere. all I wanted was a new radio and now I have a broken vehicle read more

I have came here a couple times already. First they did my tint which was really good. They advised me if and bubbles showed up to return and will fix it. I also just did my HID lights. They did it pretty fast. They even took a bit longer because of the kit I bought online. But they still charged me pretty low compared to other places with their hourly labor charge. I will be going next month to install my touchscreen on my jeep and will update this post. I recommend this place. Don't go to performance or any dealers for these installs. We have used this company twice. Once for window tinting, which they did on a Sunday, and most recently for keyless entry after my son's spare set of keys/key fob were stolen. They installed a keyless entry system within a few hours and it was a better system than he had before. It won't start unless you have one of the new key fobs near the car. It cost $600 less than having the entire car re-keyed with a locksmith. These guys do quality work for a great price. read more

I bought a new jeep, but it didn't have a CD player so I went to Audio King to get a new stereo and the ability to play CDs. They had no idea what they were doing and hardly asked me any questions. It took a month, 3 different stereos and in between I had to go almost 3 weeks without the factory controls on my steering wheel or the use of the butt warmers, or any other luxury feature. They never checked that I had Sirius radio, that was extra money. My original quote was close to $800. I'm almost $1500 in, with a stereo that has way more options than I originally wanted. On my 3rd visit they said it would be a couple hours, they kept it overnight. When I got my car the next day there was 30 extra miles on it and the gas tank was empty. The good news is the stereo is awesome, and I now have navigation and a CD player. The cherry on top the crap service, they are a cash-only business and will charge you $30 to use your debit card, all with a friendly smile on their face. read more

Horrible business ethic - Don't get suckered into the low prices, they have technicians that are not qualified and work under the direction of the owner. Best case scenario you end up with a simple install on something that works, normal scenario is you find it was wired or programmed wrong. They will tell you that you have a 10 AM appt. and then tell everyone that morning it's first come first served. No professionalism at all. Bring an interpreter if you don't know mexican. I cannot make an alternate suggestion I just know I'll never go here again. read more
