Really poor experience here. Called and paid for windshield up front -wanted to use a local biz. Would arrive in 2 weeks. Didn't hear from them. I called at 2.5 weeks, they had lost my phone number. Took my car down and left it, they called - they had ordered wrong windshield. Waited another few days. Took car down again, said would be done in 1-1.5 hours. Called many times - they don't answer their phone, goes to VM. After 4 hours got a ride back down. It was done and no one called. Don't bother going here. Go w the national chain. One star cuz the windshield seems ok. Fingers crossed. read more

I've been in twice in four days due to different rock chips. They got me right in with no waiting, back out in 15 min. If for some reason the rock chip continues to crack, the warranty is that the payment I made will go towards the replacement of the windshield. Sounds like a standard thing but pretty cool anyway. We have a 2012 conversion van that had a sunroof that leaked. We couldn't find anyone in the area that was willing or capable of fixing it. It required extensive removal of all the roof lining and accessories (lights, speakers, wiring, etc.) Oscar went out of his way to keep us updated and informed every step of the way. He did an incredible job in a short amount of time. We left it with him on a Friday afternoon and Oscar delivered it to our home at 8 PM on Sunday night. Not only did he go above and beyond ,but he brought it back in much better shape(not just a sunroof that doesn't leak anymore),but took care of many things that weren't done right from the factory. They showed her what they where doing and why, took care of everything and made her feel very comfortable. She even called me to tell me about all that she had learned ! After they installed the windshield one of the a pillar covers flew off taking part of the rain gutter with it. Oscar said he would order a new one and send it to me. I have called multiple times in the past month and they no longer answer my number. Overall I'm on the hook for $180 in parts due to their incompetence. Unreliable, do not trust. read more

Replaced my windshield. Took a little more time than expected, but wanted to get the job perfect

This company attempted to bill $3,800 for a window replacement on a semi truck. The parts, including glass and adhesive, priced from a local peterbilt dealership were less than $1,000. The job took a total of 4 hours including transit to get the glass. That's about $700 an hour in labor! Beware of them trying to rip you off if you are stuck in a corner. The shop "Angel auto glass" 10 minutes from this shop quoted $769 all in including glass, labor, and materials. BUYER BEWARE. read more

Took our 2020 Subaru Outback for windshield replacement. Got back home, found wipers were on backwards, wiper fluid hose not reconnected and when we went to reconnect and opened the hood, there was half of a chocolate muffin squished under the hood. Apparently someone took a lunch break and forgot a few things. Won't return. read more

My windshield had a small chip on it from a stone and I had it fixed right away from Affordable Windshield but after they are done the chip was still there and they said they filled it in already and it's fixed. I know something is not right, I should have followed my instinct and brought it somewhere coz after few weeks the whole windshield cracked. It's an expensive mistake of Affordable Windshield and I have to pay for it. I called eveyone for qoute and Pro Glass is the cheapest one, they are almost $ 100.00 cheaper than everyone else, I was hesitant at first coz they are very cheap and I dont want a shitty job again, but the owner Oscar spoke with me and told me they will give me a lifetime warranty on their work and they will come to my house at no extra cost. After talking to them I still called glass company on the phonebook and one of them happenned to be the previous employer of Oscar and they told me he do a good job. Wohoo my windshield is fixed and it looks good and Oscar confirmed it to me my windshield cracked because the chip was not filled right... I am so mad maybe AW think I will bring it to them again for a whole new windshield and they can get more money from me tough shit I aint going back to them... I had a new windshield installed in my truck by pro auto glass about a year ago they broke my antenna and tried gluing it back together. I contacted them they said they would replace it. And keep telling me they would take care of it. I had to replace it myself it took 3 hours to do. Then I contacted Oscar again to get reimbursed he said he would get it to me but that day has come and gone again. Can't trust his word. read more
