Krzyzak Eyecare was recommended more than anyone else, so I decided to give them a try, and I'm very happy that I did. It did take a few months to get in there initially, so if you are reading this and thinking about schedueling an appointment, plan accordingly. While I usually hate waiting, I considered this to be a good sign that people are happy here and that I was making a good choice. For my exam, I met with Dr. Michael Krzyzak, who I felt was very personable and did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and what the best options were for my situation. After the exam I met with the absolutely wonderful Alicia, who helped me pick out my new frames and was very thorough in making sure that she had the perfect measurements for my new progressive lenses. When someone knows what they are doing like she did, it adds a whole new level of value to buying your glasses in house, rather than online. And when I came back to pick up my new glasses, she made me feel like a VIP even though I am new to the practice. The whole experience was everything that I could have asked for and I'm so grateful to have found an eyecare team that I have complete confidence in and will now stick with.

I appreciated the time spent with me and taken to confirm that I had no further questions. I did not feel rushed at any time. The optician who assisted with my contacts was also very nice and patient - if you haven't worn contacts, what a task learning to put them in and out! You've been warned! She was encouraging and never made me feel rushed. They've got a new patient to add to their roster and I would encourage anyone I know to go there too.

I called after 2 weeks and they we not in. I called a few days later, still not in. they kept telling me they didn't know why they we not in. All I kept getting was NO ANSWERS!! I asked why didn't they call their vendor. 4 weeks later glasses came in I opened the glass case put a soft cloth on them to clean and the frames broke in my hand. I will never go back to these Jokers again. There are many good eye care places in our area, this is not one of them!!

Do you want to order some contacts? I said sure. So I got to the desk to check out and the woman behind the desk said we will bill your insurance company but today you need to pay $59.99 for a contact exam. I told her I did not have a contact exam and she said well you did and you are being charged for it. I said the contact exam is a different exam. I asked her to get the doctor and she refused!!!!! I had only one exam for my regular eyesight. She proceeded to tell me if I order contacts I gotta pay for an exam. I told her I'm not paying for any exam nor do I want any contacts. The doctor is great, but I do not appreciate trying to be ripped off for a charge for a service that I did not receive. I will never go back there again.

Ive been coming to this place for awhile because it was convenient for our family. They've recently moved locations, it's no longer convenient and 1.5 hours waiting around in exam rooms is now downright inconvenient. They definitely need to work on the inefficient scheduling. I get in and out of every other dr visit far quicker.

I went to Malara Eyecare in Liverpool this morning. They checked me in immediately. I don't think I…read morewaited 10 minutes and I was called back by a technician named Jake. He was very knowledgeable and took me through each pretest calmly and thoroughly. I then got to see the doctor after a series of tests on my eyes. I actually saw Dr. Malara today with his assistant, Joshua. I appreciated. Dr. MaLara's candidness with me and suggesting cataract surgery. They also tested my retinas which came out fine. At the end, I met with a technician named Dawn who explained my options for eyewear and gave me my updated prescription. STERLING OPTICAL - Great Customer Service and Eye Wear!!!…read more Visit Date: Saturday, October 26, 2024 I was completely impressed with the morning greeting and enthusiasm of the team members when I entered the building. I instantly felt like I had been doing to Sterling Optical for years and it was first eye exam and new glasses shopping. I wanted t something new exciting and kind of not my usual pick for eyeglasses. Anna and other teams pulled out 4 different pairs of glasses. One being a thick red set. I didn't like the first set but another went girl in the back and brought out another red pair. And oh my gosh they were amazing. The exam process was done by the apprentice - Izzy (sorry if I spelled this wrong). was asked first if it would be acceptable for Izzy to conduct the eye exam process. I said yes. The video technician and ophthalmologist visit also went smoothly. I left this building feeling appreciated as a customer, excited to come back to get my glasses and just the overall human capacity of being KIND. Thank you so much for the first time experience!
