During my visit for an eye exam and lenses replacement today three people stood out right away: McKenna, Scott, and Dr Boyea. I was submerged into their warmth, professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge - pleasant from beginning to the end, this experience left me feeling content and relaxed. The office is super on point with scheduling, processing payments & requests, and getting everyone moving in and out quickly and sufficiently. Great place, thanks guys.

Called this morning a girl named tammy wouldn't let me talk to her said she was general manager she told me this about 4 times. I asked to speak to Stephanie she said she was with a customer I said ok have her call me. Then this tammy called asking for my husband I said can you just let Stephanie call me she said I'm the general manager I said ik you told me this 4 times. Then she saud she was with a customer I said ok have her call me then she cancelled our apot. Great customer service

Twice I have had an injury due to a contact infection. The first time was during Thanksgiving…read morebreak this past fall (2023) I called and Dr. Speck and his wife came in during their vacation and treated me. They were great to deal with and thankfully I recovered very quickly. The pain and sensitivity to light was excruciating. I called this morning because I had another situation due to contacts. (I am done wearing contacts!!) They stayed open after closing time to make sure they could help me, and to prescribe antibiotics to help me. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me twice. Dr. Speck not only treats you, but explains why it happens and how it is going to get better. HE is so professional and shows a genuine concern. His wife is just as great. Easy to talk with, very caring and wants nothing but to help. I so appreciate Dr. Speck, his wife, and their staff so much and I highly recommend them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!! Jim

So extremely unprofessional from the start. Over the course of two months after I paid for an eye…read moreexam and my corrective lenses (both contacts and glasses) I got the wrong prescription four times and had about a dozen interactions with them before I finally accepted the fact that I still just have the wrong prescription for my glasses and contact lenses. They refused to give any discount when I asked.

This is a total turn around from my review 6 years ago, the management was friendly, the man…read morefitting the glasses was great , very professional, they helped my daughter get a good pair of glasses and fixed my wife's glasses easily the man fitting the glasses knew everything about the lenses and was very good with his job. The manager was much nicer than last time I was here, I am glad they got a much better team in there. Bravo
