She loves her teachers and always shares positive stories about her day. When our 4-year-old mentioned a classmate was bothering her, the school handled it with the utmost care and concern. They resolved the issue swiftly while keeping both children supported--a true testament to their expertise in conflict resolution. My interactions at the school have always been positive. The school is very safe, well-maintained and efficiently run thanks to superb leadership and excellence in child development. Lifebridge is a gem in the community and a real blessing for any parent looking for peace of mind for their child's well-being away from home. Thank you!

I love how caring the Director Julie is - she knows every child by name, prays for them, and listens to the Holy Spirit. During covid I knew the school was being ran by someone who hears from the Holy Spirit - what more could you ask? I love that they do the pledge every week together, along with prayer, and they sing songs about Jesus in chapel. I have never had any safety concerns the entire time they've been there, I know they are in the best hands. One of my favorite things about Lifebridge is how they do fun spirit weeks and celebrations. My boys are always looking forward to exciting celebrations coming up, Lifebridge makes holidays memorable and add in a ton of flare in between holidays to make school more exciting! Summer school especially is also full of exciting themes - splash day with bounce houses, popsicles on the playground, etc. If they're ever having a hard time getting to school, I can usually remind them of something fun coming up they're looking forward to. We are not a big extracurricular sports family, but I LOVE that they get pulled out to attend Amazing Athletes every week. They get to experience each sport, as well as do fun games & exercises & they get stamps to show what they learned that day so I can ask them about it at home. They never want to miss it. Again, we are so grateful to God for the blessing Lifebridge has been to our family.

What stands out most is how well-structured everything is. There's a clear routine that helps the kids feel secure and supported, while still allowing them to have fun, learn, and be themselves. You can tell the team truly understands how to create a positive environment where children can thrive. My daughter feels comfortable and happy every day she's there. I'm really grateful for the level of care and heart they put into what they do. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, structured, and nurturing place for their child.

They are so passionate and nice people, who have so much love for the children. I heard they will have the 2 year old class starting this year led by Ms Casey, I think thats great. The tuition is one of the best and can't really beat the teacher:students ratio here as most places are 1:12 for older kids, but here it never goes more than 1:6. The hours are short though, 9 am-2 pm. So no nap time for the kids but it's ok, they can nap at home, even better for mommy! At this point there's a new director on board and although sometimes there can be some miscommunication between the parents and school, overall I still love this place.

We love the teachers and director for giving our family such a wonderful preschool experience. The school takes a well-rounded approach to the whole child. There is a nice blend of play-based instruction, direct academic enrichment, montessori-style learning, and faith-based learning. My kids are very different and the program has met their needs so well. The kids are exposed to age-appropriate math, science, literacy, and language through experiential learning. My son has become a "biology expert, a chef, and an explore" this year. It is a very small program so the kids get a great deal of individual attention. My 8 year-old is still very close with some of the friends he made while he was here. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to send our children to such a loving program. Because it is so small, the program fills up quickly. Prospective parents must tour the facility and meet with the director prior to enrollment (in mid-March).

Highly recommend Kids Bay. Our family has been with them since 2021…read more Low teacher turnover rate. Our oldest started in the infant room at 4 months old. We also started our youngest at 4 months old and it's the same teacher. While there has been some turnover, many of the teachers have remained over the years we've been there, though some may have switched between different age-group classrooms during that time. Great learning environment. The teachers do a wonderful job of providing age appropriate activities and learning. Our oldest qualified for TK this past year but we chose to keep him at Kids Bay due to the learning environment. We would have loved for him to take part in the Jr. Kindergarten program Kids Bay offered but we unfortunately were unable to do so. Even though he didn't take part in the Jr. Kindergarten program, he's still ready to start Kindergarten. We also love the extra presentations they have from time-to-time such as the irish dancers that come around St. Patrick's Day (our oldest loves watching these dancers), or having animal handlers come in to show the kids and talk about different types of animals (like lizards). They care. The teachers and staff at Kids Bay care about the children. They have kindly provided feedback on behaviors they've observed which may or may not require attention, and they are willing to work with you to help support your child. Meals. Breakfast and snacks are included in the tuition. They offer lunch each day for an additional fee, and it's food the typical child will eat - nuggets, cheeseburger, corndogs, yakisoba noodles, pizza, etc. plus vegetables. Our oldest generally decides each day if he wants to eat what's offered that day or if he wants to bring lunch from home. Extra enrichment activity opportunities offered. While not included in the tuition, they partner with other parties to offer additional focused activities such as a dance class, sports days, and additional art classes. Our oldest has participated in the "sports day" since he was ~3 and it's one of his favorite days of the week. Monthly Parents Night Out. As a perk, the Kids Bay provides a monthly "parents night out" (that's included in the tuition) where you can drop your child off and go have a date night. While it seems like a little thing, we don't have nearby family to help watch the kids, and the thought of trying to find and vet a babysitter for our little ones was daunting. This was a wonderful perk for us - a date night where the babysitters are people both we and our kids know and trust. Summer Activities. They always have a great line-up of activities for the summer, and offer splash days later in the summer when it gets hot. Convenient hours. They offer convenient hours for our work schedules. Overall, we've had a great experience with Kids Bay and highly recommend them.

The staff are all so kind and supportive. He loves his teacher and aides. They use an app so you can actually see pictures throughout the day of what he's doing and then there is a report at the end of the day with information about what he ate and potty trips. I also think the pricing is very fair compared to other daycares in the area. I highly recommend this preschool and am so happy we found it.

We are extremely disappointed with the quality of service at this preschool…read more We wanted to enroll our son at Discovery Isle in Ted Williams, but they didn't immediately have availability. Despite our friends' recommendations against sending our son to this branch, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to temporarily enroll him, with the ultimate goal of transferring him out in a month, which was clearly communicated. My genuine observations are listed below: - While they claim a 1:12 teacher-to-kid ratio for 2-3-year-old toddlers, the ratio is more like 1:24 in the morning when we drop off the kids. - Due to short staffing, the teachers tend to leave some of the kids to cry after their parents leave for elongated periods of time, to the point that some of them turn purple. They are occasionally desperate to the point that they grab other kids' parents' hands to feel supported. - On his very first day, my son got a bruise/scratch on his nose, which took more than a week to heal. When we asked him, he mentioned another kid did this. We reported this to Discovery Isle, and they hand-waved and did absolutely nothing about it. - When I go to pick up my son in the afternoon, he typically sits by the fence, out in the sun, grabbing the pole and crying as if he's been in the jail and hoping I'd come and set him free. And the teachers don't seem to care much. That deeply saddens me. For the record, he's an absolutely social kid and doesn't have any issues making friends and/or socializing with other kids in the neighborhood or at the park. I think something is not quite right with this preschool. - The front desk assistant, Camille, needs improvement in her communication skills, especially in written communication via email. While I'm certain she doesn't have bad intentions, her emails are aggressive to the point that they may be perceived as insulting. She also needs improvement in her mathematical skills. I found multiple errors in the way she calculated tuition/fees, in terms of elementary addition/subtraction. - I requested access to the Tadpoles app. It took Camille two weeks to give me access after having typos in my email address multiple times. Believe it or not, my wife's name is still misspelled there, and they don't seem to have the analytical skills to fix it.

His teacher has mentioned multiple times that he is very far ahead of his peers academically. I credit that to Primrose's Kindergarten program. The kindergarten teacher cared about every child succeeding, and the curriculum was wonderful! It even included things like cooking activities, STEM projects, and learning to play chess! I was a little concerned about the transition this year to a larger school after being at Primrose for 2 years, but my son has thrived. Graduating kindergarten from Primrose 4S Ranch allowed him an extra year to mature, have a smaller class size for better individualized instruction time, and build social skills in a comfortable environment. We also really appreciated Primrose 4S Ranch's efforts to include families through events and activities at the school, as well as frequent communication through the parent app.

Below is my original review, in its entirety. But I wanted to give an update…read more Last June my daughter had the privilege of graduating from Primrose's first kindergarten class. I am so happy we made the choice to keep her at the school as the small class size, individual attention and focused curriculum was such a wonderful fit for her. I felt like she grew a lot, learned so much and was able to really get prepared for a larger school with the fundamentals in math and reading. She even learned chess (and loves it) The kids had lessons in programming too. It was really a great experience and I would recommend it for families considering their options for kindergarten especially since they wouldn't need to worry about getting into ESS like at the local elementary schools. Our son has now also been at Primrose now since he was 5 months old. We loved the care of all the teachers in helping him grow and develop. He has learned so much and he is so loved and cared for. -------------------------------------------- My daughter has been attending Primrose for the last 3 years now and we love love love the school. The teachers and staff take the upmost care in educating and helping the children there grow. My daughter has learned so so much (she is currently in preschool) and comes home every day with lots of new facts, letters she is learning, etc. The school also focuses on learning about other cultures/holidays which we really appreciate as she gets a lot of exposure to new things. The school really creates a community environment, where there are parties and events so parents from different classes can meet each other and socialize with the teachers and staff as well. Primrose really feels like my daughter's home away from home. My daughter is eligible for Pre-K at the local elementary school next year and I decided to keep her at Primrose because we love it so much. Their hours are more conducive for our family (PUSD pre-K after school care isn't guaranteed and impacted at most schools) and they provide meals! My daughter always gets so excited about the varied menu, and comes home asking for me to make our family some of the things she has tried at school. Before Primrose, my daughter attended an at home daycare before attending Primrose and it was not a great fit, I had been really discouraged that I would find something that worked for our family and I am so lucky we have found Primrose. My daughter is treated like a person, not a number, they have worked on so many social skills with her that I know we would not have received at another facility. Thank you Primrose for the care and attention you pay to your students!
