We had a mix of Caribbean family and friends and I was concerned but they all raved about the food. My father in law asked who made the chicken which is the ultimate compliment. Several others asked about the food and all of them took food to go. We ordered the Island Flair meal, which came with jerk chicken, sweet plantains, garden salad w/dressing, and rice and peas. Nick spent so much time brainstorming menu options with me on the phone to make sure every detail would be exactly what I was envisioning - all of my husband's favorite foods. He followed up with me throughout the week and on the night of our dinner, he DELIVERED big time! The whole dining experience was so far and above every expectation I had. My husband said it was the best meal and dining experience of his entire life, and we've eaten at some of the world's top-rated restaurants. We started with custom cocktails that were sooo delicious and balanced. Then for apps we had prosicutto-wrapped mozzerella, baked to crispy perfection with chili oil, roasted red peppers and basil + the best caesar salad I've ever had topped with applewood bacon. Then for din, lamb chops with rosemary potatoes and brussels. The perfect cherry on top: dessert which was a peanut butter and chocolate mousse with cookie crumbles and peanut butter cups. I told him he'll never have to, because we'll just keep having Chef Nick over for special occasions and he'll just blow us away every single time. UNREAL, hire Florida Fresh immediately!!!!!!!!!
