Their location is HUGE with a lot of staff. The machines were nice and it took little to no time setting the machines up by the staff and donating. Downsides: Like most places, they have an app. BUT, you have to schedule a time to donate. If you miss your time, you have to hope someone else misses their to take their place, or have to come back another day! Long drive all the way to Middletown. They have a child care center, where apparently you can drop off your kids while you donate?(just seems weird)

The staff is really friendly and helps answer questions and concerns. I've never had a real problem donating, and if I have flow issues, they are quick to help or adjust my needle.

First four donations went great. The fifth one I was left with a big bruise from where the employee…read moreshoved the needle further in my vein instead of switching arms. After a full week of healing I went back only to have a different employee screw up the needle stick. I was bruised for two weeks and was not allowed to donate until it was healed. They offered no compensation for the hour I had to wait to see the nurse and file the report on the bruising. The nurse even said there were people on the floor that she wouldn't let stick her with a needle. That was enough to make me find a better place.

Hospital staff abused me during my most recent visit and now they're trying to counterfeit my complaint by lying about the whole situation. They also gave me Fentanyl during my first baby's delivery and called children services on me for it and they refused to check my pee sample that I gave them when I initially came in to prove that my system was clean before they gave me fentanyl until after the fact that I allowed children services into my home. The case was dismissed as soon as childrens services demanded the evidence from the hospital. The quality of this hospital and the people who work there is absolute GARBAGE! Not to mention they've had someone working for them that breaks the hippa law and falsifies documents. The fact that they call themselves Christian based is amusing to say the least. I'd give this review 0 stars if I could. I only rated it as 5 star so everyone could see my review. If you put only 1 star they won't let you view the whole thing without the app.
