I couldn't see the doctor until I spoke with the office manager. She took 30 minutes to get to me as she was doing that treatment on some guy who said, "I really don't notice a difference when I leave" and then they chatted for about 10 minutes at the front desk. THEN she went in her office and eventually came to where I was to go over every possible way I'd have to pay if insurance didn't. I actually stood my ground for a change and kept reiterating that I wanted nothing that wasn't covered. They kept insisting it was a "Consultation" and used that machine on me anyway. The doctor did nothing except have me turn my head and poke on my back. He did tell the woman at the front desk as I was leaving that would be $79. The office manager did say they were going to put it through insurance first. Of course she also told me they were going to have to take a loss on my visit. Not. My. Problem. I feel as though it's kind of a scam. It's a "fancy" name and it's actually in an old house that's up for sale. I was supposed to go back the next day with my MRI disc and decided they were only going to find a way to try and charge me more than I should have to pay for a basic visit. Go if you want, but don't say you weren't warned.

I need to take a moment out of my day to give Dr. Denny and his staff a five star review…read more I showed up today first thing in the morning with an emergency visit. The staff greeted me friendly as usual, and assured me that they would do what they could to get me in. I was made aware that there was no guarantee of being seen in the morning, But at the latest it would be in the afternoon. After waiting only 30 minutes, probably less, Dr. Denny was able to see me. But that's not even the most impressive part. What impressed me the most was how patient and kind he and his staff were. I knew that I had to of been an inconvenience on the schedule, but I was also extremely nervous because of what I thought were health concerns with tissue inside my mouth. Dr.Denny and his staff thoroughly evaluated me even passed what would be considered, thorough, just to appease my peace of mind. I left feeling much better. His staff was friendly and threw in a few jokes along the way, on the way out. You don't find that much lately. So many people are in such a hurry, and if they are inconvenienced, they are quick to let you know it. I have reviewed this practice once already with a five star. I feel it is worth every bit of my time to review them again on a different forum. These guys are truly a great group of caregivers. If you're looking for a dentist, you cannot go wrong here.
