The Clinical Team: Exceptional Care I cannot say enough wonderful things about the medical staff here. The nurse, the NP, and Dr. Drollinger himself were all absolutely amazing. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable and heard throughout my visit. It is clear that Dr. Drollinger is a highly skilled physician who genuinely cares for his patients. The Front Desk: A Major Disappointment Unfortunately, the clinical excellence was completely overshadowed by the experience at the front desk. The two receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked basic questions, I was met with eye-rolling and smirking rather than helpful answers. Final Verdict It is truly a shame because the medical care is top-tier, but the environment created by the front desk staff is so unwelcoming that I will not be returning. First impressions and office culture matter, and poor office staff will unfortunately drive patients away from even the best doctors. read more

I thoroughly believe that without the care of Dr. D my 2nd child would have been a late miscarriage. I've been seeing him for 18 years. Never once have I felt uncomfortable, never once have I felt that I wasn't being told exactly what was being planned or going on with my care. Now that I'm headed into menopause he listens to my symptoms and finds solutions. Dr. D has a fabulous bedside manner. He has a sense of humor. I just think that his sense of humor might not be to everyones taste. I feel safe and secure with him. I have moved cities and still drive 1.5 hours to see him. I have never had an issue with insurance or billing from this office. I'm a nurse, I'm picky, i know who I wouldn't want to take care of me and Dr. D is the person I trust with my care. Always remember that 1 persons perceived notion of bad care is just that, it's their experience and doesn't mean it will be yours. read more
