He joked that he'd have it done in one hour on a Saturday -- which they close at 1:00, something he did not tell me. I left and called two hours later to check on my car. He said he wouldn't have time to work on it today and asked if I could walk there because "it should be time enough since they close in 20 minutes." I rushed over. He said I owed $80 and that it would go toward my final bill for the "diagnosis." I paid, and we made an agreement that I'd drop my car off the next week. He promised it would only take a short time. I let him know I needed the car for work and that I'd be using a family member's car in the meantime. He once again joked about how easy of a fix it would be and told me not to worry -- it would be done before the week was out (this was Thursday). I dropped the car off. Saturday came, and the car still had not been fixed. I let them know I had to come get it. When I arrived, I asked if I owe anything? They responded, "Nothing, today." They asked me to bring the car back the following week because they were waiting on a part. I never brought the car back because I was displeased with the constant joking about how fast it would be, yet no work was done besides the "diagnostic" -- which I had already supplied to them upon arrival, and paid for. I am still driving around with a check engine light on, and they continue to bill me OVER $300. FOR WHAT?? When I call, they constantly say "they're busy right now and can't talk." My family has used them for many years, and I was told to go here. They have witnessed what Jake and his team of scammers have tried to pull on me. He will not be receiving any of our business again, and I hope people take this as a warning. If you want to get scammed and still have a broken car, this is your place.

I don't drive a foreign car so the fact that I had to pay for some special type of oil I didn't want and wasn't aware was highly unusual to me. There wasn't anyone else there and maybe their prices are keeping business away. They advertise auto & truck sales so maybe that's where the pricing comes in? let me start off by saying this is my first time using ubry's. I was having some problems with my…read moretruck, turned out it needed a new fuel tank. Went in and i was greeted by mike who right away got me in and took the keys to my truck and told me they would get in touch once they looked over everything and confirmed the repair. Next day i was called by his father Don who told me that it would need a new tank and that he had located one for me, turns out the tank was no good and he had then again searched and located another tank for me. making a long story short the tank that he had found was damaged by the shipping company during transport. Mike then got on the phone with the company that i had ordered the replacement tank from and had them send out another to the shop. All this time my truck was kept safe and sound! finally after all these issues with the fuel tank we had a nice tank delivered. In no time at all these guys got my truck running again and back on the road. These mechanics have to be the most friendly and kind mechanics i have ever met, I have been looking for a local shop for the past couple month to do my repairs when needed. It is safe to say i have found that shop and i will not be taking my vehicles to anyone else but these guys!
