FULL 5 STARS for Chris at Octane. Short version = stop searching, you found the right guy. I had quite the scrape down the passenger side of my car from an unknown source... we speculated perhaps a shopping cart or bicycle hit my car. It chipped a few pin head pieces of paint and left a 4 foot long whitish mark that would not come off with cleaning or my fingernail. Chris drove to my home office in West LA and did what I can only call magic to my beloved 2011 Jeep GC. He spent about 8 hours going over every curve and crevice and completely erased that long mark. I seriously cannot find it, even upon close inspection with a light. In an effort to fix the small chipped paint, we used touch up paint and then a few days later, Chris drove to a location where my car was parked and finished the job. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. My insurance company was going to send me to a body repair shop that would have cost at least double of Chris' very fair pricing. I hired Octane Detailing to prep my 2013 Boss 302 for sale, and the result was nothing short of spectacular. I was expecting a high quality wash, polish, and detail, but I was surprised to see just how meticulous Chris (the owner) was with the prep work. If you're not familiar with the Boss 302, there are tons of stripes all over the car. Chris actually took the time to tape off all of the stripes on my car before polishing! Took my model 3 to Chris to get ceramic coating. He met me at my house to do an initial,consultation. Loved his honesty, and very very knowledgeable explanation of everything.
