I appreciate the complimentary detail, but after the first job they did I think it was necessary. I noticed the edges of my front windshield air tint peeling and let them know a few times. I first asked if they would look at it and see if it should be replaced. They automatically agreed to have it fixed. I took my car in for the second detail and to have the windshield fixed, but only one of two services was done. Not the tint ;) Also, that happened a couple times. I'd let them know what I needed, they'd say okay and set my appointment, but they still would only do half the job. Since everything wasn't fixed the fourth time I went, I decided I wasn't even going to bother. With going back or with updating my review, but since they reached out again and asked about my windshield that's when I set my fifth appointment with them(I'm a fool for this, really). My appointment was set for a Sunday(my day off work) and at 9AM. When I arrived no one was on sight.. they were running a few minutes late. Alright, cool it happens. The guy who applied the tint showed up(he basically never wears a mask) and confirmed my appointment and what was needed then sent me on my way. They told me it would be a few hours since they needed to remove and reapply the tint so no reason for me stay and hangout. About five minutes after I leave I get a call from them saying they don't see where the tint is peeling. I let the girl know that it's the top left(drivers side) and that I can EASILY just stick my nail under so there's no way it's NOT peeling... my friend who was with me also checked out the tint before we dropped off my car and he said it was peeling too. Once I made it very clear that it's peeling(she kept telling me she couldn't see it) she said okay and they would let me know when my car was done. Around 11:30 AM I get a message that my car is ready. I head on over and she lets me know that her manager told her that they can't replace my tint... why agree multiple times to fix it and waste my time when you're not going to do it?? She let me know that they applied more heat and used a squeegee to stick the tint lmao Whatever. I get in my car and take a look, it's exactly the same except they sliced some of the peeling tint off. I guess you saw where it is peeling after all.

Well: There I was, in Reseda Ca. with a 1961 Red Cadillac Convertible, just purchased to satisify another item on my bucket list. The problem is I drove to Reseda to attend a wedding, so I had 2 cars and didnt have a friend or relative within several hundred miles. (I live in Oregon), Enter a sweet resourceful girl named Dawn and the owner of Elite, Mr Randy Shultz. Randy parked my convertible in his shop at night, helped find a motorcarrier, loaded the car on the carrier truck, AND did the best detailing job on the Cadillac I've had on any of my vehicles. Im very meticulous when it comes to my car, I dont normally bring it to the shops for detailing or car wash, usually i do it by myself. My friend gave me a groupon for this store and finally used it. Customer service is great! Thats the first thing That I always check when going to stores or businesses. Anyway, on may car.. It was amazing! Love their work specially the interior. For a small shop, they can handle a broad range of problem solving from paintless dent removal to wheel finishing, etc. I have worked with Elite for 15 years, and would never take my cars elsewhere. Elite is awesome! Top notch products are used and the guys know what they're doing. Many places use too much wax which leaves crusty residue in every crevice; or too much interior "goop" which leaves me slipping off my seat...but Elite does it perfect! I suggest bringing any and all of your vehicles there. When I bring my motorcycle in, every nook and cranny is spotless. read more

I brought my GTI here today with a bunch of swirl marks after using compound to get water spots off my car. I was having a hard time getting the swirl marks off so I brought it here.
