    Had my tints done a couple of weeks ago and it was efficient and worth the price! I got all the windows done except for the windshield. They got it done in like 1.5 hours and it looks really good! Perfect as the weather is getting warmer but my car isn't burning hot anymore.

    I've inquired to about 20+ places for window tinting and ceramic coating for my car. Richard has been the most professional and detailed with his responses. He responds fast and he continued to answer the follow up questions I had after I picked up my car. All the staff are also helpful. I left my car on a Monday and picked it up Wednesday. Catherine sent me pictures and updates for 2 days which I greatly appreciated. I had to return for my front windshield clear tint because they noticed a small imperfection with the one they initially installed. They couldn't replace it right away because they ran out of the tint I wanted. It is a minor inconvenience but I really appreciate their orientation to detail and how they make sure the customers get what they paid for. I got the Llumar IRX for all my windows and Llumar AIR 80 for my front windshield. It made a huuuge difference with the interior temp. I'm so glad I went with full ceramic tint all around. I highly recommend this place!

    I inquired to a lot of window tinting shops around my area but Sleek stuck out the most. Richard is the owner of the shop and he gave a detailed response for the types of tints they offer to the website link of the brand they use! This alone made me comfortable getting my windows tinted with them. The day of getting it done Ismael (he is the one that worked on my car) even showed me the difference in the levels of tint. Also their prices are very transparent not like other shops. To add to that, these guys are certified by Llumar (which is required). Overall, I was VERY satisfied in their work and I will be coming back for their other services!

    Let me just start with the amazing customer service!! It all started with them messaging me on yelp yesterday on a Sunday with quoting me a price and then setting setting up an appointment. Today we set an appointment up for this Wednesday. Maybe about an hour or so later they contact me saying they have a cancellation and if I'd like to come in at the given time. I said "yeah". I show up to shop and was already immediately greeted. I go inside and Kailani greeted me by my first name. She already knew who I was before even introducing myself! I left my car there and about 2 hours Kailani called me to tel me my car was ready. I get back to shop and of course I was not disappointed. The tints look amazing! They also do paint correction, ceramic coating detailing and other services. I will definitely bring my future cars here for tint and I will definitely be trying their other services in the future.

    When I first ordered my Tesla Model 3 in early November, I shopped around for the best price/quality for a ceramic coating. I talked to Richard, the owner, and asked him all the questions I had (I know nothing about cars) and he was super helpful and understanding. At the shop, Ismael, John, and Johnny were so fun to hang around with but more importantly, really good at their jobs. I saw how meticulous they were and they were thorough and quick! Ismael actually drove me to a nearby Starbucks where I could wait until they were done. I was in by 1:10 PM and out by 5 ish. They take pictures and videos of their past work, so you know 1. exactly the level of quality you'll get and 2. they take pride in their work. Definitely will be back! Thanks guys :)

    Upon closer inspection I noticed all the flaws. First off my door rubber felts are damaged. They are now creased beyond repair which make the windows screech. The cuts are not straight. He applied the tint to the business window first to cut out and in turn there's tons of debris and dust and dirt in between the tint and window. It also sounds like the tint is peeling off and is making a screeching sound every time I roll up my windows. Incredibly disappointed and I will be contacting my bank to dispute this charge.

    I had been looking for an auto detailing place that could just give my car the interior attention it needed. A little backstory: I spilled Costco chicken noodle soup all over my trunk in December, so I Googled how to get rid of the chicken soup smell in my car, and to my surprise I found that using an enzymatic cleaner would do the trick (I guess spilling chicken soup in your trunk is a common occurrence). Well, the enzymatic cleaner for sure got rid of the smell, but the stains remained, and to top it off, my trunk had acquired a new, nauseating baby powder, mixed with cooped up leftover chicken noodle soup smell. I even went the extra mile to use refrigerator baking soda packs to try to diffuse the smell. It didn't work. Thankfully, I found Sleek, loved the reviews...so I decided to give this business a chance. 5 stars doesn't do this place justice. Not only did they get rid of the stains and the smell, they made my already clean car look brand new! Their attention to detail is fantastic...every inch of my car's interior was given time and love. On top of that, their owner, Richard, and Dalia were so nice. I literally changed my appointment 4-5 times due to my crazy schedule (also due to personal error), and they still took my car in For the work they did on my car, you can't beat their price. I'm so grateful. My car is now sparkly inside and out, and it smells like a dream. Goodbye weird baby powder/chicken soup trunk! I will definitely be back. Till next time!

    TLDR: Do not get your window tints done here as the attention to detail is not there. I requested a quote for ceramic tint for my front two windows, and after messaging a few shops, Sleek's owner Richard N. answered with $80. Everywhere else charged $130, so I came in. To my surprise, Richard was not there; instead, a tech and a cashier helped me and told me the quoted price of $80 is for regular tint and that ceramic would be $130. That should have already been a red flag for me, but I didn't let it bother me and let them tint my windows since I was there. After it was done, and I was about to pay with a credit card, they said there was an additional fee for using the card. Another red flag: it's prohibited with any merchant accounts to charge extra for using a card as they can be terminated for it. I use cash which was my fault because now I can't chargeback the service. After a week, I notice significant bubbles shown in the images on both windows and brought them to their attention via yelp. "Sleek's owner," whom I know is not the one responding to customers, lets me know to come in and get it redone. When I come in the 2nd time, I'm dealing with the same tech and let him know my concerns. After about 2 hours of him redoing it, I still find imperfections, and he has to do it yet again, so I'm at the shop 3 hours before I finally decide it's okay and that they can't do any better. The excuse I'm given is that it's being done by hand. I'm not sure what kind of excuse that is, but it's not worth fighting over. I give it about a week before I roll my windows down and notice a significant gap on the edge of the window, as shown in the pictures. At this point, I want a refund and to move on. I wasn't going to leave this review; However, after I yelp the "owner" about a refund, he first asks what's wrong with the tint. I tell him about the gap and show the images, and he tells me that I had a chance to inspect it before leaving but didn't say anything. How am I suppose to inspect the edges when I was told not to roll my windows down for a week? On top of that, aren't they supposed to be professionals and inspect their work? Then he tells me the gap is supposed to be there, which is another lie. I show him what my rear tints edges look like, so they are just playing me for a fool. His final offer was to redo it again - the problem they don't understand is that the attention to detail is not there, and I am not confident in their work. The customer service is terrible; they bait you in with fake prices and are processing cards against merchant agreement charging customers to use their credit cards. I highly recommend staying away from the business. 1st Response to the owner (see image): Free service? What you fail to understand is that I don't want your service. I asked for a refund, and you denied me. I have nothing to hide and posted the entire conversation for everyone to read. You denied me a refund 3 times before you conceded. First, you tell me it's my job to inspect it, then you tell me the gaps are supposed to be there, and you tell me you'll repair it (even though you just told me it is supposed to be there) and remind me that you don't offer refunds. It was only until the end when I brought up the yelp review that you offered a refund, but why would I even trust your shop with my car at this point? You let this drag out for $130? I'm the one having to pay another shop money to get rid of your work and get it done correctly. I'm making sure future customers know the quality of work and prohibited use charging 10% for the use of credit cards. The fact is that you can't even address your quality of work and the lack thereof, the blatant lie about pricing to get customers in, and you want to refuse a refund until your back is up against the wall, as I told you in PM. If "small mom & pops" run a business like this, they don't deserve to be open - good luck. 2nd response: Regardless of what you use for the film, the film was changed 3 times, which I waited 4 hours for and I'm supposed to wait even longer? I attached the image where you stated $80 for the quote, but when I got to your shop, it changed to $130. I did not say your shop didn't fix the bubble issues, and it goes beyond that. I also did not say in the messages that you charge a 10% fee. My review states that when I got to your shop, I was about to pay with a credit card, and your cashier told me there is a (10%) for that. You have another yelp review stating the same thing, but I see you didn't question her. That is the only reason I paid cash, and I literally ran around the block looking for an exact change because your cashier couldn't break the $100 bill. Please believe it's not about the money, and I will always pay a premium for exceptional service, but it was not shown with your shop. At this point, the damage is done, and I'm not comfortable or interested in your shop working on my car further; as I stated in PM, good luck. (max limit).

    Following my review which I gave. This is an update. I brought two of my cars here and ended up getting refunds for both my tints which I wasn't satisfied with. I literally came in 6 different times for a simple tint job which didn't come out right . They charged me $30 bucks to remove their tint to remove their mistake on my windshield which they left minor scratches. As for my experience with my rear tint, they damage the defroster grids and left minor scratches. Unsatisfactory work gentlemen.

    Awesome job and great customer service! I contacted Sleek around midnight on a Monday and they responded within 10 mins. You can tell right away that they are very knowledgeable about their industry and the customer service is so refreshing from all the other places I've checked. The job they did speaks for itself Referred them to my friends, which I don't do unless I really really love the product. Thank you to Richard and Johnny for doing such an amazing job. P.S. the office was so clean you could eat off the floor.

    Tinted windows! From customer service all the way to tint job was great. They are very welcoming and communicated with me well since my inquiry. The team is super friendly and helpful. The tint itself is amazing, this is 15% tint all around, very clean. I'm very happy with the results!!!

Throughout the process, Steven also kept me updated on the progress, which showed how thoughtful and professional the team is. After 8 hours of hard work, the results were absolutely amazing, and the photos truly speak for themselves. No area was overlooked, and every nook and cranny was meticulously taken care of. The paint and glass surfaces felt smooth as silk and looked sleek as ice. Honestly, the car looks even better now than when it first rolled off the lot.
