I should have taken before pictures of the floors underneath the oven and fridge as it was a difficult job and now it looks and FEELS better, as well as safer. I've never utilized a service as such so I didn't know what to expect or do some steps of the way. Everyone in the office as well as those who came to do the cleaning assisted me with patience, kindness and honesty. Price point and payment was right on. They followed through on their offer. They hit the non-negotiable aspects (patience and honesty) for us and I highly recommend. I want to thank all of those who assisted me during this process, again. I reported this immediately and was promised an investigation, but never received an explanation. The cleaning itself was unsatisfactory, and blinds were damaged, forcing me to pay for replacements and installation. To make matters worse, the company charged my credit card for substantially more hours than I initially requested, using an invoice I never signed or approved. Most disappointing was the owner's complete lack of accountability. I sent Tim a detailed complaint with photographic evidence, which he confirmed receiving. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, he never provided a substantive response or attempted to resolve the issues. Between the questionable billing, damaged property, incomplete cleaning, and total lack of accountability, I would never trust this company in my home again.
