We just had brand new hardwood floors installed by Express Flooring the week prior and had been contacting Express Flooring to come back out to get all of the glue off our floors, and Express Flooring never bothered to come back out to our home to remove the glue. Scott and his assistant came out and worked for hours on our floor getting all of the glue off. When we walked in it looked like brand new hard wood floors. How BEAUTIFUL they look. We want to thank Scott and his assistant and I'm sorry I do not remember his name for a TERRIFIC JOB on our new hardwood flooring! I would hire SUPERIOR PLUS again to do another job at my home they are the BEST.

I am very glad I asked because he recommended Carrington's Commercial Cleaning to me. I contacted Jason via email and got a very quick response from him. He asked if he could come over so he could give me an estimate. He worked very well at accommodating my busy schedule to get over to my house for the estimate. He gave me an estimate range that was below some of the other national cleaning companies and included a lot more than what they did for a greater price. He was very upfront about his price range, because he wanted everything to be fair and understandable without any surprises. After he presented his estimate range I accepted, but held off on scheduling because I wanted to coordinate with what my realtor thought was best. After I figured that out I contacted Jason and again he was very accommodating with me to schedule my cleaning. He came in about 10% less than what he thought the max estimated price would be, when everything was finished. I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail that went into the cleaning of my house. He did a top to bottom wall to wall cleaning, he cleaned my ceiling fans down to my floors. I would highly recommend him and his company, especially if you're looking for a very fair and reasonable price from a very professional detail focused cleaner.

Upon having our master shower remediated for mold through our home insurance policy, we were on the hunt for a company that could reconstruct the shower. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction! Throughout the whole process, Kimberly and Rudy, the project manager, were incredibly thorough, communicative, and overall, just really helpful. We could not be more grateful for the time and effort both Kimberly and Rudy spent trying to make our shower dreams come true. I would also love to give a shout out to all of the guys who helped load and unload HUGE porcelain slabs -- that is no easy feat! I think it is also important to thank both the CEO, Michael and the President, Jeanette for checking in throughout the project to ensure our satisfaction. I have never been treated with so much care as a customer. The whole team deserves recognition for the role they played in getting this job to the finish line. The only thing left to do is install the shower door. We can't wait to use and love this shower for years to come!

Unlike other companies that try to sell you on doing things that aren't needed! They worked so well with my budget, even did extra work here and there to make sure the place looked great for tenants! Don't hesitate to reach out to them! You'll never need to look for another remodeling business again... My go to for any future rental properties in AZ! Such a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again!

Hello Everyone: I am leaving this review regarding owners Martin and Dagan of Blacktail…read more I had a very positive experience with all aspects of the restoration work performed: drywall, painting, and floor sealer. All of my phone calls were returned timely. Emails were replied to within 24 hours. Text messages were replied to in a matter of hours. Appointment days and times were set and commitments were maintained. If anyone was running a little late, I always received notification. Further, if one of their employees/subs was going to perform a service, I was always made aware of his/her name so I knew to allow them into the property for the work to be performed. I never felt rushed: All my questions were answered and I was always asked if I had any more questions they could assist me with. The individuals sent out to perform services on behalf of Blacktail were all very polite and professional with many years of experience. Martin and/or Dagan frequented the project often to ensure oversight of work being performed and in some instances, did the work themselves. Individuals performing services cleaned up after themselves and ensured my satisfaction. Highly recommend! Lynn
