Most of all, I find his conduct increasingly unprofessional - listening to his political lecturing and opinions while in the chair with his hands in my mouth. I am now losing a permanent tooth because he didnt drill a tooth out properly before putting a filling in. My tooth is now decayed to the bone. Other concerns on my teeth have always been ignored or I've been told they were fine. My daughter also needs braces again after his failure to let us know, after we asked at every appointment, that her wisdom teeth needed to be removed. He told us more han once they were fine and weren't near needing to come out. His hygienist finally told us after he left the room, to schedule with an oral surgeon because they needed to come out. Went back to get it repaired and he charged me nearly the same as having the thing done in the first place! I thought he should have given me a cut! Then the filling half broke away and i had a huge metal piece sticking in my mouth. I ended up going to another dentist, who drilled everything out and put the non-metal filling in. So far it has last over 5 years. They used to have one dental assistant (teeth cleaner) that was good and her name was Becky Green, I think? She has red hair. She was GOOD, but last time I had teeth cleaned (before the filling) she was gone. I wasn't impressed with the girl I got the last time. Too bad about this office. He used to be good and his assistants were good, but not so much now.

This office was very misleading in my experience…read more My 20-year-old son went in for one tooth extraction and was quoted $59 for an initial exam. After the visit, he was given a $10,000+ treatment plan. While the extraction was listed first, the rest of the plan mixed non-urgent procedures with needed ones, with no clear prioritization. While I was on the phone with him, the insurance coordinator admitted she did not realize he had insurance. Once insurance was identified, the initial exam that was quoted at $59 was billed to insurance at over $300, despite the office advertising a $99 exam. His entire $1,250 annual dental benefit was quickly depleted on non-emergent services. This may be legal, but it is not ethical. Because of this, my son is now out a large portion of his coverage and may not be able to complete needed dental work elsewhere. If you want clear pricing and honest treatment planning, I recommend going elsewhere.

This is on behalf of my 80 year old mom. She had them do dentures with the magnetic implants a few…read moreyears back. This past summer She went to them again to have them re-lined due to a lose fit. After setting them in place with the mold material, they became stuck in her mouth. the Dentist attempt to pull and pry them out until the pain became far too much for. spent a week without being able to remove them and recovering from the pain. went back for second visit and again the dentist could remove the dentures from her mouth and again put her in extreme pain. 3rd visit they finally were able to remove the dentures and clean out the material they use to form the reline fit. She came back home and never did have the fit corrected. she's 81 yrs old at the time. the still charged her $688. Dentures not fixed, and putting an 81 yr old lady through crazy pain, anxiety and distress. We have since moved out of state for family and home where that is ADA so we can take care of her. When called to split the bill in 2 payments they were upset. After relaying the issues with the failed procedure, continued to ask for her to come back in. 1st, after that torture why would anyone go back for more? 2nd informed them several times during the call that we are now out of state and nowhere close enough to go back anyway. ( still intending to pay the bill ) Even after telling them we would be paying the bill, the were rude and unapologetic. I assume they thought we were just trying to get out of paying a bill. Maybe they should have checked the record of the visits and issues. How can anyone do such lousy work, never complete the work the work, put an 81 year old mobility challenged lady through that much pain, and then not only charge nearly $700 for the pleasure of their company, but also get rude over the billing?

If Dr. Gray cannot do the type of dental work that you need then he will make sure to direct you to your next best option. He is knowledgeable, experienced, fast and great at any dental service. I had an extraction and a cleaning. I never felt any pain with the extraction, which is miraculous. His hygienist was so wonderful that even a coward like I will look forward to going back.
