I'm really glad I did. I made an appointment about 2 weeks ago, and I was so happy to hear they had openings for new patients. I chose a 1pm on a Tuesday and I literally was in and out in 30 minutes. I call that winning. I arrived at 1250, was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and paperwork. They had gone over my insurance when I had called 2 weeks ago, so I just had to do preliminary basic health reports. At 1259 I was going to give them my paper and I was called back. I was out of the door at 130 on the dot. You don't get this anywhere people :) Also Cassie was my dental hygienist and she was very nice and thorough. We talked about my dental history and I told her I had X-rays taken In April of this year, and at first I was told my insurance wouldn't pay for the X-rays this time, but after some talking, since I had new Insurance company, I was able to get X-rays. I was then greeted by Dr.Myers, who ended up doing my first cleaning. I have seen a lot of dentists, and I believe this is the first time the dentist did my initial cleaning and not the hygienist but I could be wrong. He said the next one the hygienist would see me for a cleaning and that's fine with me. I left with a happy smile because no new cavities were seen, and all I needed was a cleaning. Oh and did I mention hgtv fixer upper was on. The best dentist visit I've been too! I highly recommend them. Each patient area has its own TV, and you will be offered earphones. I'm a fidgety person, so I always request one of their soft throws to hide my fidgety hands. (The staff feel like family to me!) You'll be asked about your comfort throughout your visit, and they're responsive to any concerns. I have Sjogren's Syndrome, and Dr Doyle prescribed "magic mouthwash" to help with my intermittent oral pain. I'd never heard of "magic mouthwash" till Dr Doyle told me about it. In addition to getting an appointment card, you'll get reminder emails and text messages.

Mark McComie likes to commit insurance fraud, he charge me for fillings on my #8 & #9 tooth when all he did was actually polish my teeth when I first came to him. Then he filed claims with my insurance company saying he filled my #8 tooth when all he did was throw desensitizer on my tooth because he overfiled my #8 tooth when he was in the process of filling my #7 tooth. And when he filed it down too much he made it sensitive (I didn't know was as sensitive until the numbing wore off) I verified this with his assistant while I was there that day because I felt it. So I took pictures of it when I got to my car and also when I got home so that I can have evidence to prove to Mark that he actually did file over on my #8 tooth But when I came to him with this information after a couple of weeks he tried to claim he didn't do it and that he runs and "HONEST COMPANY" and then he said he would fix it, well he quickly threw some desensitizer on it very sloppy, it took him less than a minute but in the process of polishing my tooth he chipped my #8 but I didn't know he did it until about a week later. When I felt it I thought it was just excess agent left on the tooth, but what makes him so horrible is he knew he did it and didn't tell me. You have to be a real horrible dentist to know you damaged someone teeth and not say anything, unless you purposely damaged that person's tooth. I don't know if he's a racist or he don't care how he treats people. Your not a good Dentist if you have to deleted all negative reviews on Google to make yourself look good. We all need to report this scam artist to get him shut down.

My family started going to True Dental when our dentist, Dr. Thompson, joined the group. We…read morenoticed that service started to slip after they moved to their new office on Gunbarrel Rd. The last three visits my husband and I have had, we've been called back 25-30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. It's frustrating to arrive 10-15 minutes early, then see everyone that arrived after you called back before you are. As many times as they call, e-mail, and text with appoinment reminders, I expect them to honor my time and be prompt as well. But most frustrating is the lack of communication of Dr. Thompson's departure. I visited him in September, with a follow up the next week. I was surprised that a different dentist performed the procedure. When I asked, I was only told that Dr. Thompson was no. longer with True Dental. My husband called before his visit a few months later asking who his denist would be, but was only told the practice had several dentists. He didn't find out who his dentist was until he was in the room. There has never been any formal communcation about the change. We are looking for another dentist with a smaller office that provides more personal service and values their patients.

This past summer She went to them again to have them re-lined due to a lose fit. After setting them in place with the mold material, they became stuck in her mouth. the Dentist attempt to pull and pry them out until the pain became far too much for. spent a week without being able to remove them and recovering from the pain. went back for second visit and again the dentist could remove the dentures from her mouth and again put her in extreme pain. 3rd visit they finally were able to remove the dentures and clean out the material they use to form the reline fit. She came back home and never did have the fit corrected. she's 81 yrs old at the time. the still charged her $688. Dentures not fixed, and putting an 81 yr old lady through crazy pain, anxiety and distress. We have since moved out of state for family and home where that is ADA so we can take care of her. When called to split the bill in 2 payments they were upset. After relaying the issues with the failed procedure, continued to ask for her to come back in. 1st, after that torture why would anyone go back for more? 2nd informed them several times during the call that we are now out of state and nowhere close enough to go back anyway. ( still intending to pay the bill ) Even after telling them we would be paying the bill, the were rude and unapologetic. I assume they thought we were just trying to get out of paying a bill. Maybe they should have checked the record of the visits and issues. How can anyone do such lousy work, never complete the work the work, put an 81 year old mobility challenged lady through that much pain, and then not only charge nearly $700 for the pleasure of their company, but also get rude over the billing?
