I was SO impressed with the staff from my first phone call to the moment I walked out with NO pain and great work done. My third visit was just a pleasant. Judith whisked me back to the dental area upon arrival (didn't these folks get the memo that your supposed to overbook and make your patients wait forever?) She was so pleasant. Liz and Myra who helped me on my first and second visit both took the time to say "hello" and chatted. Dr. Harris was prompt, courteous, explained what he was going to do, made sure I was comfortable every moment and now I have a lovely back molar. Even the gal who has the least enviable job there - Sonia - who collects your money, is just so nice and makes sure you understand the charges, which I found reasonable for all the work done to save this tooth. I may have hated dentists in the past, but NOT ANYMORE. I actually gladly booked a full exam so I can take care of other issues. I have found my dental office for all my future needs. What a relief!

In one sentence, priding one in being a family dentistry does not look like this. Felt like a…read morebusiness that cared more about the money and keeping you there then working with you to get a satisfying and valuable solution. When I went in it was not busy and not once did the Dentist ask how my day was or anything about me. This Suprised me coming from my previous dentist and being related to dentists that say making a connection is the first thing you want to do with your customer to show you care. Instead I was told there was no other option even though I've had the same repairs done through using gel instead of injections. Which injections are more expensive then the alternative. Instead of giving options they gave the option and said I could leave and go back to the dentist I had before. Not only was it the environment but it my tooth that got fixed had to have an extension which they chose a shade of yellow instead of white. Now I am stuck with a paper two shades darker extension. The assistants and coordinators made up for it with the environment and atmosphere they created however. The main dentist felt like what we call in the business world an "energy vampire". These people suck the energy out of every situation. I do not see how this could be called a family dentistry with these things happening.

Because of that, Dr. Ankar actually came in on his day off specifically to evaluate what was going on.
