I'm so glad I had Tai by my side during my home-buying journey! Buying a house is a huge decision, and having someone like Tai who is experienced, sharp, and honest made me feel much more confident in my decisions. He always took the time to explain things and was willing to share his honest thoughts. I really trusted his opinion because I knew he was always looking out for my best interest. I really love about Tai and Pam is how down-to-earth they are. They are both so easy to talk to, kind, and genuinely care about their clients. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and I truly felt like I was working with people I could trust. Honestly, they feel more like family than just people I worked with! I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent, and I would absolutely recommend Tai to anyone looking to buy a home! read more

We found Pam on yelp about a year ago while trying to figure out our loan preapproval. As first time home buyers, we were pretty much completely clueless about the process. After contacting her for the first time, Pam set up a call that same day and went over EVERYTHING... think the call lasted well over an hour on a weekend. She is a VERY smart lady and you can immediately tell--she knows what you're about to ask before you do :) Pam then introduced us to her husband Tai, who is a realtor. They are the dream team. We made a total of 3 offers together and finally got a house we love. With each offer, we contacted Pam and Tai the same day after of an open house visit and an offer was sent out within a few hours. They will drop everything to get your offer out and answer your questions tirelessly! I read many realtor horror stories where buyers missed out on houses due to unresponsive agents, and feel so lucky to have found Pam and Tai who we never had to doubt. During escrow, Pam was in touch with us daily about the loan approval and other financial questions, whereas Tai took care of all the contractor quotes, inspections, and gave us very helpful advice for ongoing maintenance of our new house. Homebuying is a stressful time but together Pam and Tai made the process run as smoothly as possible! We 100% would recommend working with them to anyone. Thank you guys so much again!! read more

Tai and Pam are truly the dream team! Purchasing my first home was easier than I anticipated. After talking to friends who did not share similar experiences with their realtors and lenders, I realized I completely lucked out with these two as they really took care of everything and streamlined the process for me. Communication was always prompt, and what I appreciated most was that they move FAST! My loan ended up falling through last minute during underwriting but Pam was on it- she immediately dug into creative financing options for me. Thanks to her endless knowledge and relentless effort, I ended up getting my dream spot! Tai spent an astronomical amount of time researching properties and coming with me to showings. He always went the extra mile with the biggest smile on his face! Seriously, his energy is infectious and he made the process so fun and exciting. Forever grateful for Pam and Tai. Highly highly recommend them both! read more

First time home-buyer here, so I don't really have a reference of what the home-buying process should be like. But I've heard the horror stories! Naturally, I wanted to be very cautious about the team that I hired to help me make the biggest purchase of my life. I'm sure I had hundreds of silly questions. Tai (real estate agent) and his wife Pam (mortgage broker) answered all of them with honesty and grace. They are both extremely hard-working, fast, and knowledgable. Seriously, Tai and Pam made the whole process SO EASY for me. From start to finish, Pam was constantly updating me on where we are and what the next step is. All my texts were answered with minutes. If I told Tai that I wanted to view a house, we were there the next day. Ultimately, I decided on a older house that had a couple of complications. Pam was able to find the right lender for me in spite of the complications about the home. And Tai helped me with negotiations so I got a good deal on the home. I have a feeling that there was some behind-the-scenes drama between them, the sellers, the lenders, and the escrow company. . .but Tai and Pam did their magic and worked it all out for me. Which lead me to have a very pleasant and minimally stressful experience. If you want a couple of bulldogs on your team, these two are it. Look no further! read more

If you Google OCMS Realty you'll see it has both the same address (including Suite #) as Omnia Home Solutions. Beware of Omnia Home Solutions operating out of this address. I received an unsolicited "PROPERTY NOTIFICATION" postcard in the mail with a "very important message" about my property. The card said it was urgent that I talk to them. They urgently wanted to buy my property as a private sale. The card had a return address of Omnia Home Solutions at 600 Anton Suite 1100 Costa Mesa 92626. That's exactly where OCMS Reality is according to Google. I've attached a copy of the postcard they mailed me. The best way to know what your home is worth is to put it on the market in a way that as many potential buyers as possible know your property is for sale. But if you sell your home via a private sale, only ONE buyer knows your property is for sale before it sells to that one buyer. Outfits like Omnia Home Solutions benefit from private sales. Sellers who want to maximize their sales price generally lose out. read more

Tai from OCMS reality is an amazing realtor! Tai and his wife Pam are the ultimate power couple. He helped us closed on our first home and we couldn't have done it without his guidance! We really felt like part of the family where it now feels weird to not talk to them every week lol. Tai genuinely looks out of his clients best interest and goes out of the way for them. Tai worked with us every step of the way during purchase of our home and made sure we were covered in signing our escrow documents. He was constantly interacting with the seller's agent to work out a deal best for both parties, and made himself available for walkthroughs and inspections, for which I could see he was thorough on. He also gave us advice and recommendations for house maintenance and improvements, above and beyond what we were expecting. We highly recommend him. read more

They have made home buying easier than buying toilet paper in these pandemic times. Lol! All jokes aside. Tai (Realtor) and Pam (Mortgage Broker) are the people you want on your side when it comes to buying a home. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated like family. Whether it is normal business hours, the weekend, or 9:30 PM on a weekday, whenever we ask, and they will provide an answer. We found the house that we like, and Tai would scheduled a tour for us right away. He help us through the whole price negotiation, and closing. We could not ask for a better realtor. Definitely tremendous work from Tai and Pam ! My family and I recently purchased our first home and they have been a great help in our home buying process. The have put great effort in sending my family listings and ensuring that those listings were in our budget and liking. They are just incredible! We were very unfamiliar with the process and the lengthy documentation, however they took the time to dissect information to ensure we were clear before proceeding. Most importantly, when concerns arise, they are always reliable and dependable to answer any questions even outside of business hours. Once again, thank you so much for your help ! read more

Words CANNOT describe how superb Tai and Pam Nguyen are as a professional realtors that deliver top-notch service! A couple of months ago I started the relocation process across country, with buying a condo in the OC area. I took other fellow yelper's advice and picked The Nguyen Team as my realtors because of the high ratings and the stellar things I read about them. They both look out for their clients from start to finish, exceeding my needs and expectations along the way. They are the kind of people you want representing you. Tai is always informative, with strong skills, has a lot of positive energy, and was always on the look out for exactly what I was looking for, which is exactly what everyone should be looking for as a realtor. From day one to even now after closing, they were both there for me. Exceptional service, exceptional realtors, the team you want. Let's be honest- when it comes to mortgage and home refinancing, it's an incredibly intimidating situation to navigate if you're not too familiar with the matter. There are various steps, documents, stipulations and guidelines that must be followed to a T when either seeking a home loan or refinancing but with the guidance from a seasoned and highly efficient mortgage lender like Pam your worries are quickly mitigated. I was lucky enough to have been referred to Pam and Tai (realtor) from a good friend of mine when I was house hunting and although I have decided to put a pause on purchasing a home I have kept in close contact with Pam. When my Father In Law was looking to refinance his home, I instantly referred him to Pam. From the moment they spoke to the last document signed, Pam was on top of it all and confidently guided my FIL through the entire process. Her open communication, swift follow ups and efficient manner was so reassuring to my FIL. Her years of experience ensured a fluid transaction and my FIL is extremely happy with the service that Pam provided. I can't wait to work with Pam and Tai when the timing is right for us to become first time homeowners! Do yourself a favor and have Pam and Tai as your mortgage lender and realtor if you're looking for unmatched expertise and stellar service; they truly are the crème de la crème in the real estate industry! read more

Tai and Pam made a great team. From the very beginning to the end of our house purchase, loan process, documents understanding & signing, we were helped and guided throughout the whole process--without feeling overbearing. We were very cared for; still are, even though escrow are closed and technically they don't need to help us anymore. They made the whole process short and smooth, answer all our questions even during nights or days off (which is never it seems). Thanks so much Tai and Pam for making the purchase of our house easy and painless. You guys are amazing and I'd recommend you to anyone who need real estate services. read more

Dreams into reality, with Pam and Tai it's possible! It a true gift to be able to recommend Pam as a mortgage broker/loan agent. A couple months ago I was just like you, reading this Yelp page in search for an agent that would allow me to become a homeowner, and I'm so glad I was able to read so many outstanding reviews as it led me to the best decision I have made in a long time. I can't begin to express how grateful I am to both Pam and her Husband Tai for working incredibly efficiently and with the utmost care. Quite frankly, I did not think home ownership in this economic climate would be a possibility for someone in my income range; however, Pam found a way to make it work. She walked us through the loan documents with such clarity and was dedicated to us throughout the entire process, reassuring us that she'd try her best to get our loan approved. I felt prioritized with her, she was quick to respond even on weekends and non-business hours, answering every single one of my questions down till moment the keys were put in my hand. She truly treats each and every one of her clients with respect, regardless of whether you're looking to purchase a 2 million dollar home or a $200,000 home with little to no credit. What she did for our family was nothing short of a miracle, drafting up documents so quickly that we were able to close in no time. If you're looking for someone to assist you in the home buying process, she is the person you should have by your side! read more

Thank you for everything Tai! I was able to get in touch with OCMS Realty through their main business, OC Mortgage Solutions, when they offered their own Realty Broker service after I had called for a loan approval. I let Tai and his team know what I was looking for - location, price range, etc, and he would send me daily listings where I would respond back to the ones that I wanted to check out. Whenever I had built a small list, we would always meet up in person and check the places out. The list never had to be large, maybe only one or two spots sometimes, yet he would always make the time to meet up and check the places out with me. During these times he would always provide his expert knowledge on what he thought of the place or any little details that would catch his eye. Most importantly though, when I did like a place and wanted to bid on it, he would always provide the best advice on how to approach the bid. Things like how competitive the property would be, how much he thinks it would be worth, how much he thinks I should bid for, and at what point is it no longer worth it. The market is definitely tough - we did take chances on a small handful of places, but those losses may have been for the best because the place I ultimately did find and move into is great and makes me happy that the prior ones didn't work out :) Of course the place that I did move to was a success thanks again to the expertise of Tai's experience, advice, and suggestions. Without his help, I may not have been as fortunate, so thanks again Tai for all the help and for always being available during my home search! read more

ECSTATIC!!! Wohooo.....I just closed escrow on the sale of my home. I have to admit, this whole process was daunting, but Tai made this entire process easy. I didn't have to do much aside from reviewing the many bids that came in. The offer that I accepted was very competitive to my asking price due to Tai's negotiation skills. Not only am I happy with his service, I am now using him as my realtor in search of my next home. read more

I worked with Tai buying my first home and he made the process so easy and smooth! He was always available and responsive no matter what time of day it was. He even took time in the morning to show me homes on a day where he had a flight in the afternoon. Now that's dedication! He was patient and understanding and listened to my housing/living needs, which was much appreciated as a first-time homebuyer. Thank you Tai!! read more

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting into. Tai basically "held my hand" the whole way through! He was patient with my questions (and believe me, I had some crazy ones) while he walked me through the condo I really, really wanted. Listened to what I wanted to do, my "vision" for the place if I owned it and gave me advice on even easier ways to do a cost-savings remodel. When I found the place I wanted, we moved quick! Offer made, offer accepted a few days later and when the appraisal came through I ended up purchasing the unit for almost $20K under the appraisal (without even doing any of my envisioned remodels!). For me, that's as good as it gets in my book! Tai will go the extra mile for you to get the home of your dreams. Never, ever would I have my keys to my first home in my hand today without his guidance and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. Thank you Tai! read more
