They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and I truly felt like I was working with people I could trust. Honestly, they feel more like family than just people I worked with! After contacting her for the first time, Pam set up a call that same day and went over EVERYTHING... think the call lasted well over an hour on a weekend. She is a VERY smart lady and you can immediately tell--she knows what you're about to ask before you do :) Pam then introduced us to her husband Tai, who is a realtor. They are the dream team. We made a total of 3 offers together and finally got a house we love. With each offer, we contacted Pam and Tai the same day after of an open house visit and an offer was sent out within a few hours. They will drop everything to get your offer out and answer your questions tirelessly! I read many realtor horror stories where buyers missed out on houses due to unresponsive agents, and feel so lucky to have found Pam and Tai who we never had to doubt. During escrow, Pam was in touch with us daily about the loan approval and other financial questions, whereas Tai took care of all the contractor quotes, inspections, and gave us very helpful advice for ongoing maintenance of our new house. Homebuying is a stressful time but together Pam and Tai made the process run as smoothly as possible! We 100% would recommend working with them to anyone. Thank you guys so much again!!

Call it fate, the day I was going to start looking for a realtor, I got a flyer in the mail from Cesi. From the moment I first met with Cesi to talk about my options with selling my home, I knew that I was in the right hands. She offered advice and gave me options, all while being compassionate about my situation. During the renovations of the house before selling, Cesi did an excellent job having my back with the renovation company. Any issues that came up, she was on top of immediately. She was constantly over at the house to check up on the progress of construction and keep the renovation company honest. It was a relief since I had moved out of town. And Cesi remembers EVERYTHING. There were a couple of times I thought I had agreed to one thing and the renovation company was doing something else, Cesi corrected me immediately. She didn't even have to look it up. Once the renovation was complete, her entire team made the actual selling of the house a breeze. Cesi, Nicole, Nikki, and Gordana work like a well-oiled machine and just take care of everything. Literally everything. They sent me breakdowns of each open house with feedback from the visitors so I knew how people felt about the house. I felt like I was supported and that the entire team was working hard to ensure my house sold quickly, which it did, for over asking price. Cesi and her team work for you. Their communication is outstanding. They keep you updated with everything. I mean, Cesi was literally calling me at 8pm on a Sunday night to keep me updated and to answer all of my never ending questions. They will have your back and make sure that your investment is protected at every step of the process. Working with Cesi and her team felt less like working with a realtor group and more like working with a group of friends. Absolute professionals.

More than one interested person reported receiving no updates. I was required to sign an agent agreement just to express interest in a property. Afterward, I received no response from Jill Hooker about my inquiry. The lack of communication left me concerned about how my application was handled, and I plan to seek legal advice about my experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this agency to buyers or renters since this field is saturated with real estate who can get an online certificate and be deemed worthy to working with people.

Review for Irene and Ricky Real Estate Group…read more I started looking for a home Jan 2025. I met Irene on July 2025. I purchased my home on Nov 2025. Before meeting Irene, I had already seen around 80 homes. In total, I visited over 100 homes before finding the right one. Irene worked with me for nearly 5 months and put in more than 8 offers on 5 different homes before securing our current home for a better deal than I could have imagined. Reasons I am so happy to have worked with Irene: 1. Well-connected: The main reason I would recommend Irene is that she is so well connected. She knew all the realtors of the homes we put in offers for. If we wanted the home, she would contact them immediately and get me all the details on how we should approach the offer near real-time. 2. Reliable & Experienced: She has most likely sold or purchased a similar home to what you are looking for. She knows dates / prices and lot types and can give you recommendations with proof to back it up. You want someone like her in your corner whether buying or selling your home. There is a reason she has been the #1 realtor in Irvine (volume-based) for the past 2 consecutive years. 3. Honest: She really wants what is best for you. She also wants your business now as well as in the future. When I was having second thoughts about the home after putting in offer, she talked me through my thoughts and advised that I should pull out now explaining that liking the house is much more important than how good the deal is. Instant trust. 4. Team: Her team members (Grace & Geoffrey) follow up very well and are very calm and caring, which is a perfect balance to Irene's quick-thinking demeanor. I'm extremely meticulous with my purchases and do extensive research and comparison shopping. Buying a home took that approach to an entirely new hyper-methodical level. Irene matched my obsessiveness with her diligence and never missed a detail. She is fast-paced yet very patient--hard to explain, but its immediately obvious once you work with her. I was so happy with Irene that within 2 months of closing, I got 2 other families to work with Irene to buy / rent out their home. They also really loved her so I am even more confident in recommending her without hesitation. While this home may not be my forever home, Irene is most definitely my forever realtor.
