And I think our smartest and most important decision in the house-hunting process was to work with her. Now that we have concluded our home-buying process and can look back, I can most comfortably vouch for Nancy as experienced, professional, and patient. And what other quality in an agent are you looking for? Nancy is THE perfect agent every homebuyer should seek. She is resourceful herself and has a lot of resources at her fingertips, saving her clients a lot of time and cost during the search process. For example, as you are navigating through a house, if you have a question about a remodeling project or the appraised value of the house, she will quickly make calls to give you estimates. Nancy Aynehchi has been such a pleasure to work with in the sale of our investment condo. She is extremely knowledgeable about every facet of real estate.
