Although the institute is not cheap, its many caregivers provide thorough assistance in all aspects of rebuilding a troubled life. Treating mental health is a daunting task, nothing is clear cut and many maladies are impervious to the best care. Nevertheless, Crownview has been wonderful for us so far. The client gets priority at CCI, and family dialogue with caregivers could be better. Nevertheless we feel lucky to have found Crownview. It deserves five stars.

My son went through their program and was able to move on. Later, when there was a relapse, as often happens, he was welcomed back to TLM where they were very persistent with him to get a breakthrough. Finding this kind of service is difficult and this program is NOT expensive- room, board and counseling and managing meds for about the same price as the average cost of rent in San Diego.

They use manipulation tactics bullying a scare tactics to get what they want out of you they're all about money and if they know you have a a chunk of money when you come in there, they will manipulate and use whatever tactic to get your money. OK I've seen Mona Rosenholtz the house manager for the women's house, steal money from people rather residence. I have know about Luis McMahon, the Director, manipulating money out of people one of them being me and Linda Joyce Sterritt, who is my best friend and I was trying to get her out of there but she pays the most rent out of everybody in that program and it's like around 12 $1300 when they knew I had a trust account they were in it I was paying $1400. All the other women paid like seven or 600 they they are abusive they yell they call you names. It's not a good place. They don't have no groups you go to na aa meeting outside that's it. I think the Program that the county needs to go in and investigate the house in that program because there are a lot of illegal stuff going on in there with staff and there's only three people that are over that Program. I do not recommend this program to anybody and if you hear it run the direction when my daughter Sarah got me out of that program I could not talk. All I would do is sit and stare because I had PTSD so bad from the abuse and the name-calling and all the bullying that Mona Rosenholtz and Timothy McMahon we're doing to me yeah I had my good times there too, but the bad outweighs when I left there I was 336 pounds now I've been out of there since 2021 and I'm 215 pounds now at my ideal weight and I look awesome. I have my own place now and I'm doing really well cleaning sober working a Celebrate Recovery in the STEPS I have a sponsor and I have my own apartment oh and then Mona told me that nobody wants me well I have a boyfriend that lives with me so you know and I have a lot of friends where I live. I'm aware of an incident where Linda Durban got her $1400 stimulus check and I told her do not let Louis know you have that money because he will get it from you well, he got wind of it and he was there and he gave her the spiel to crocodile tears and oh I need help and you said he would help me. I'm so broke. He's always somebody's broke. Yeah he's in a bunch of debt, but yeah it's a crooked Shystie organization and do not go to this program.. Lewis McMahon ended up getting $1000 out of Linda Diaz stimulus check because Linda pay so much money that I was trying to get her out because they abused her too. All she does is sit and stare at the wall from PTSD. She is cut off communication between me and Linda has taken her phone. She will not let her have a phone Mona because they don't wanna lose that money. It's all about money. They don't care about nobody they bully you. They yell at you, they call your names. They threaten you. They lost the refrigerator when they wake you up get up who wants to be woken up like that. Hurry up and read this review because it probably won't be long before it gets taken down like the one I posted a couple of years ago. Whenever light is shed on darkness they will have it taken down. Look at my before and after pictures on the website and that should say it all right there. Oh one thing I forgot they make you turn your phones in at 9 o'clock, so Monica can sit up in her bedroom and go through all your go through all your phones to efficient for information and see what she can get on you. I had a trust account with a lot of money in it when I got to TLM and as soon as they found out about it, of course they use their manipulation, tactics to get their hands on it. Louis would say in groups that oh yeah, she's rich and talk about my trust in front of a whole group of people he would meet me in the hallway and say I'm gonna get all your money out of you. It was gone within a year I had to fill out these disbursement forms to draw money out of it. They had me sign one form, right well they made copies of that one paper and my daughter wanted me to sue, but you know what my father didn't raise me that way so I left it alone and plus Lewis McMahon's already in a huge thousands in debt so what good would it do really and I just don't do that 10,000 of it went on my porcelain teeth to have my whole teeth fixed. I would take a few hundred dollars out of a month for my personal needs. There was this woman who was mentally challenged and Laurie wills who is mowed. His puppet was my roommate and I heard Mona come in. There's a Amber's father just dropped off her $300. What do you want?. if there's anything anybody could do about this place please take action.

They definitely know what they are doing and haven't forgotten where they came from. They all care and want to make sure you learn life skills and how to maintain your sobriety. I have kept in contact with several individuals who have been through "West Coast" over the years and all of them have had nothing but good things to say and attribute the guidance they received to this program. I know when someone enters this program they will be treated respectfully and with compassion, yet be challenged to begin the hard work that is required in early recovery. Michael is worthless and just wants to be liked. They let some clients use drugs in the house and kick out others for no reason with no explanation or warning.
