I've had the taro boba, the mango sticky rice drink, halo-halo, the Dubai chocolate-covered strawberries, and even the Il Gelato Dubai chocolate. Every visit has been an opportunity to try something new, and I honestly haven't been disappointed yet. One thing I really appreciate is how friendly the staff always are. Everyone seems genuinely welcoming, and they never look overwhelmed or stressed, even when it's busy. It creates such a relaxed atmosphere that it honestly makes me think, "I could see myself working here." If you're spending time in Ko Olina and looking for a refreshing drink or a sweet treat, this is definitely a place worth stopping by. One thing to keep in mind: parking isn't free. There is a 15-minute grace period, but after that you'll need to pay through their QR code parking system. Just something to be aware of so you can enjoy your visit without any surprises. It's funny because when I'm here, I can tell it's very much a tourist spot. But as someone who has lived here for almost 2 years, it's my area to decompress and chill on a weekly basis.

I appreciated that they put the Ube Cookie Crumble Smoothie in the fridge when they noticed the purchaser did not come to pick up their drinks. We both enjoyed our drinks. I can't get enough of matcha. There are a few seats and tables outside. They also sell baked goods. My brother talked me out of trying it. I usually come to Island Country market if I'm staying at Aulani or enjoying Koolina. There is a small, tight parking lot. Prices are pretty good for a tourist area.

The veggie wrap was good however they forgot the avocado (the best part of any sandwich) and it had very little hummus, I think I only tasted the hummus in one bite. The potatoes were seasoned well and tasted freshly made. It definitely wasn't frozen but chopped and fried locally. The eggs were okay, nothing to write home about but with the right amount of salt, pepper, and hot sauce I found them pretty good. I ended up not finishing the eggs because of how large the portions were. I ended up getting a chocolate croissant to go which was delicious. I would have eaten them all week if they weren't $8.

I think it's totally fine to make mistakes, but blaming the customer or just being visibly and audibly irritated is a bit frustrating and unprofessional.
