Rust Cohle once said "This place is like somebody's memory of a town, and the memory is fading." I believe this to perfectly sum up the environment here at oceanfront lodge. Stayed here on a Tuesday night during the middle of a long road trip. Place was quiet and eerie. With your window open, you are only accompanied by the lapping of distant waves. That is genuinely it. I probably saw 3 guests the course of my 14 hour stay. Eerie right? The dated decor didn't help either. However, I attest that this lodge is worth the stop. All of the workers were nice, the mattresses were extremely comfy, and the views were beautiful. All components of a great stay. Truthfully maybe this place doesn't deserve five stars. We paid 200 for one night. Here was our experience. The room smelled like piss and cleaner and ocean and taco. It was austere, starvingly decorated, the ceiling was the same texture and color as the walls. Aggressive signage, passive aggressive laminated signage installed at the behest of a paranoid, and tasteless owner who clearly had more interest in aggressing the patrons of the hotel than anything else. Overpriced, undercared for, even the jacuzzi was an eyesore. Images attached. Avoid as much as you can help. Truly a hilariously, awful experience. The only upside to renting the most expensive room for a night, was how absolutely comedically awful the room itself was. We got a good laugh from it. The bathroom as well is the cherry on top of the shit sandwich, it too shares the same austere, low-budget pornographic character as the rest of the room. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other travelers before they spend their hard-earned money here. We paid approximately $600 for two nights and it was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable. It felt neglected, unclean, and nothing like what we expected for the price we paid. The comforters had holes in them and smelt dirty. There was a picture above the bed where the glass was cracked and taped with duct tape. There was black mold in the bathroom along the ceiling line as pictured below. Everything was covered in dust the blow dryer, TV consult, lampshades ect. The windows were filthy, It look like the windows haven't been wiped down in the whole hotel in years. The floor was hardwood and had dirt all over it. Granted Crescent city isn't the nicest place to visit, but we had a Funeral to plan and attend. I spent about a week looking at all the hotels trying to pick the best one. Please do not pick this hotel based off what you see online, you will be highly disappointed! We got there on a Friday afternoon for my father's funeral. We were short on time and we had a lot to do, it was hectic I didn't get a chance to get pictures of everything. I did however take a picture of the mold in the bathroom and the dust on the hairdryer while I was getting ready. When I contacted the manager "Nikky" who was a complete ASS! He was extremely rude and condescending. Interrupted me while I tried to express my concerns. I was disappointed by the response. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was interrupted and told "Amy, Amy, Amy there was nothing they could do because I had signed paperwork stating that any complaints about the room had to be reported within 30 minutes of check-in. Unfortunately I didn't have time to be dealing with a filthy disgusting room, we had a lot to do before the funeral and while that may be their policy, I don't believe it excuses guests from paying hundreds of dollars for a room that should have been clean and properly maintained before anyone checked in. He knows this place is a filthy mess, it's one thing to stay in a dump that is clean but staying in a dump that is filthy is a completely different thing! My 20 year old daughter slept on the outside of the bed cover with her sweat her because she was afraid of bed bugs! Instead of taking account ability he had the nerve to blame me for not reporting everything in 30 mins, his customer service matches this hotel, filthy and unacceptable! Make sure if you decide to go ahead and stay here anyway , right when you get to your room inspect it right away and take pictures of everything no matter how busy you are and complain within the first 30 minutes otherwise you're out of luck! Although something tells me they wouldn't have done anything anyway. They all know this place is a filthy mess! Customer service matters just as much as the condition of the hotel, and unfortunately, I found both to be very disappointing. Rather than showing any concern or offering a reasonable solution, I was simply told, "too bad." I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Avoid this hotel. It is way overpriced and it is dirty and not well maintained. There was black mold on the bathroom wall, the bath towels are frayed, the sheets on the bed were wrinkled and dirty like they weren't changed. The gym was closed for "repairs " the pool and spa water was cloudy and the freezer door inside the refrigerator was stuck closed. The nice gentleman in the front desk and the view are the only good things about this place. Don't bother going to the bar the wenches who work there are nasty and rude. The pool and hot tub are a nice idea but the view is the best part. Sure they were heated but it was all very dirty and there were even hairs floating in the hot tub. If you're smart for food and beverage you will go to sea quake brewing instead of making the mistake and eating at the hotel. I was a little nervous about staying at the Oceanfront Lodge after reading some of th reviews, but overall, it turned out to be a decent experience. The biggest highlight was definitely the location the ocean view is beautiful, and being able to walk right out to the beach was a huge plus. It's a peaceful area and perfect for relaxing. The room itself was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. It's not a luxury hotel, and some areas of the property could use updating, but for the price and location, it met our basic needs. Staff interactions were polite and helpful . If you're just looking for a place to sleep with great beach access and you're not too picky about the finer details, this place will do just fine. It's not perfect, but it wasn't nearly as bad as some of the reviews made it sound. read more

Let's start by setting our expectations and standards to that of Crescent City California (low). The natural beauty of the area is what we are here for. This means the California Redwoods and the ocean. I've never had much luck with outstanding hotels or dining in this area. Camping or a cabin is the way to go. There are a lot of 2 star reviews, and understandably so. The property is looking pretty rough, but the location can't be beat. Why I'm going to give this property a four star review: My wife and I were on a special, healing weekend. The room we occupied was literally feet from the ocean. We were able to open the sliding door of our room onto a small balcony and take in breathtaking views of the ocean and the Battery Light House. We were able to access the beach and also retreat to the safety of our room. The sliding door stayed open most of the time (we were on the second floor). The bed was large and comfortable. You could sit on the bed and look into the expanse of the ocean. The room was clean and spacious. It had a hard flooring and not gross carpet. A tent on the beach would have been miserable. It was pretty windy and cold the first day. This room was super cool for our purposes. We went on a hike at the Grove of the Titans and the connecting Mill Creek Trail the next day. The staff were super friendly. We checked in with them and checked out with them. I don't think complaining about the hotel being worn down would have served us well. Again, this was not our typical chain Marriott experience but it was still a very awesome weekend, that served our purpose very well. read more

My fiancé and I both own our own businesses so we work hard with not a lot of time off. We have twin toddlers that love the beach. We usually stay in the middle option when booking but we decided to splurge a little by choosing the Oceanfront lodge. It looked so inviting and nice with all the amenities. I was so looking forward to this weekend. We got into town from central point earlier than check-in so we enjoyed the beach and checked in a little later, we were hungry and tired. Unfortunately when we arrived our room was cancelled, we received no call. Being now late with two tired 3 year olds we weren't left with many options, and all we were told by front desk repeatedly was... "sorry,my manager must have cancelled it" I wanted to leave. My fiancé decided to pay the difference instead of leaving to ensure a place to stay. Our 2 nights jumped from $368 to $525. That's huge. Our only difference was a king size bed instead of two queens. Not to mention... *not informed the gym was out of service *elevator floor was filthy and stunk *our room floor was sticky *floor was dirty around all edges. *headboard was sticky *curtains had a big burn hole in it. *curtains rod was barley hanging on. *balcony had so many spiders and spiderwebs that made it unenjoyable *was not informed you had to get towels before entering the pool *jets didn't work in hot tub *hot tub had tons of bugs and dirt in it *unimpressed with the food for the price What was supposed to be our biggest comfort of this trip turned into the biggest disappointment! read more

One star is generous... The hotel has very limited internet capacity. When we were there, the hotel was mostly full, and so the internet was extremely slow. So slow as to be unusable. We have Verizon cell service, and on the top floor, it was on and off. Their TVs are only streaming (no cable or dish). So, be advised that if you stay here, you will likely have no communication or electronic entertainment. The hotel restaurant looked so dirty we didn't eat there but the brewpub just down the street is very very good. One of the weirdest things is that there was no cold water in the shower & tub. Only hot. So to bathe, we filled up the tub and went to breakfast, and by the time we had returned, the water had cooled down enough to get into the tub. Of course, we complained, but all the staff are teenagers, and their only response is an automatic "I'll tell the manager." read more

Hotel is right on the water. Rooms are large. Staff was friendly. Parking was plentiful. That's the good. On the other hand, the hotel is a bit dated and could use a refurb. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway and in the adjacent rooms. We wanted to hear the ocean waves, but ended up just hearing our neighbors talking and watching TV or walking up and down the hallways. read more

We've stayed here multiple times - even when it was a Hampton Inn early when built. The location, amenities, oceanfront, balcony, lighthouse , being able to walk on the beach, listen to the waves while sleeping, seeing the lighthouse at work at night is all the reason we come. Anyone can pick at things the hotel does not control, but looking at the experience and not the little things is why we have a great experience here. This trip (29Dec24) found the hotel busy. Finally stopped raining after a week or so. No more 30 foot waves and low tide !! Walk to the lighthouse at low tide only. Covered in water other times. The room had a balcony - we paid extra for the balcony and rocking chairs ! No carpet on our rooms, so very clean. Memory foam mattress is clearly not everyone's thing but they are comfy. Shower has lots hot water and lots of pressure. Our room was clean. Staff is friendly - even though they are always short handed. Hard to find quality employees in such a city. Being able to walk out the back door to be on the beach is amazing. The restaurant (shorthanded too) can be a wait - but sitting on the water makes it bearable! A bar / decent menu - all make it a great stay for us. We overlook the small stuff to have a oceanfront - every room looking at the ocean for less than $200 a night a great deal - even if you wait a bit - or see a mess another guest made. The experience is what makes us return. The sunset alone is worth the effort to stay here. Every other hotel in this town is farther away and closer to the highways. read more

Older hotel that is in need of some renovation. Our room wasn't too bad, just outdated. The location of it was awesome considering it was right next to the beach, lighthouse and pier. Upon arriving though after check in, when I got to our room the door was open and there was a towel on the bed. The front desk though gave me a new room with no issue. The only thing that I would suggest is for them to explain that you need to use the fob to enter the room. After trying for 5 min with the card, that was attached to the fob, I went back downstairs to say my key was not working when he explained to me that I needed to use the fob. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I have stayed at places all week that were way better than this place and cost half the price. I checked into my room all excited, thinking this was gonna be a great stay for how much it cost. The bed was nice, pleasant firm. Bed was comfortable.... if only there wasn't so much noise so that I could enjoy it. I fought with the remote for the TV for a very long time, till I could figure out how it worked. I then proceeded to go out on the balcony to look at the ocean. That had its own challenges, because the screen door did not want to open and fell off of its track and when I tried to put it back on it, it would not close. So I had to call someone to fix it. After I called, I waited a good fifteen minutes or more and nobody showed up. So I called again, and they acted like I had never called. Finally they sent, who I think might have been a manager. He proceeded to show me how I had to force it while it balanced on a corners, ready to fall off again. He didn't seem to think there was any problem with that. The view was nice. I then decided that I was going to take a shower. The shower curtain is way too short, so it keeps flipping out so water can get all over the bathroom floor. They supposedly supply conditioner, shampoo and body wash. The body wash was completely empty. The box of tissues was completely empty. The thing you're supposed to get your ice in is from dollar tree not even a plastic bag in it like most hotels/motels have. Just a dirty bowl that clearly has not been washed because the tag is completely intact. When I got out of the shower and walked back into the room, my feet felt like I was walking on sand and grit. I haven't even been to the beach yet. The floors are gross. I don't think they mop or sweep if they don't see something on it. Had to put the towel on the side of my bed to wipe my feet before I got in bed because there's so much grime on it. Had to clean my feet before I put my shoes on. The doors slam shut. Everybody on this floor is constantly slamming their doors very loud. These rooms are not soundproof in any way at all. The person on my right had a bunch of kids that were running and screaming down the hall and going in and out and letting the door slam. The people on my left sound like they were rearranging the room for over an hour. Constant booming. I'm sitting here trying to watch t v and I guess someone turned on a shower in some other unit around me and the video is what it sounds like in my room. It sounds like they're right next to me. In the same room. Bedtime is approaching and i'm so worried about how much noise there is going to be tonight. I am so tired or I would leave and tell them to give me my money back. I don't feel like trying to check in somewhere else this late. This place is such a disappointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anybody unless they're just trying to throw their money away. Have dirty feet, bring their own body wash, and listen to banging and slamming doors and people running around screaming and yelling in the hallway. Not worth the price at all. I am a traveling seasonal resort employee for 5 years now. I've been front of the house and back. And I KNOW this place is missing out on management- so many thing s wrong. No toilet paper or tissues In room- shampoo and soap all empty- pool was cloudy and too hot and hot tub did not work. Sauna sis not work. Outer door to pool was broke. And anyone could make there way into the hotel they the pool area. Short summary: The hotel cancelled my reservation the day before my trip (for an 8th grade basketball tournament) and gave my room away, even though I had made a reservation weeks prior. We had to scramble to make other plans. At least 5 other families planning to stay there at the same time had to re-confirm their credit card information the day before the trip (which they said was frustrating and confusing), but they managed to do so and did not have their reservations cancelled. When trying to rectify my problem, I found the manager "Nicky" to be rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, saying it was my fault, and he'd rather have clients "pissed off at him" than to risk having people reserving rooms with a credit card with no funds (even though that did NOT apply to me). The families that stayed there said the pool was nasty, there was black mold all over the workout room, the rooms were ok, and the views were beautiful. Long version: I had made a reservation 6 weeks before an 8th grade regional basketball tournament to stay with my family of four for 2 nights. The day before our trip, I was informed via email that my reservation was cancelled, with no explanation. After several attempts to try and get an answer, I was finally able to get a hold of the front desk (whose number is not readily available on their website). The front desk pulled up my information, renewed my booking (confirming the same exact credit card information I had provided during the original booking). I thought the problem was solved, but 30 min later I received a call from "Nicky", the manager, saying that the hotel was actually fully booked and they couldn't give me a room. In a frustrating conversation with him, he said that their computer had tried to run my credit card and it was blocked. They called me to get payment information at 10am, 2 days before the trip, leaving only a single voicemail. I didn't return the call b/c I didn't see the message, and they cancelled my reservation 14 hrs later. I found out from 5 other families from our team that also had reservations for the same weekend that they too had similar issues (but they were able to respond in time before getting their reservation cancelled). They were all confused and frustrated by the experience, as none of us have had to do this for any other hotels. I explained to Nicky that there was something wrong with his system and he should look into it b/c I've never had any issues with my credit card like this, and there were many other families that had issues. He said it was my fault b/c I didn't have enough funds on the card; he said he designed the system himself (b/c he used to work for Meta, supposedly) and he knows how credit cards work, and that there's nothing wrong with the system. I can appreciate wanting to make sure that people have funds or credit to pay for a room, but that is something that is typically addressed at check-in. He said he'd rather have clients "pissed off at him" than to risk having people holding reserving rooms with a credit card with no funds. He said I needed to call my credit card company b/c the issue was with them. [I did call them and they had NO record of any declined transactions or the like for the time in question.] Throughout the conversation I found Nicky to be unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. Although he added me to the waitlist, it was unlikely I'd get a room since my trip was the next day. I explained I was frustrated and realized that there wasn't much he could do at this point. I encouraged him to reconsider the process and system he was using, especially since this process was not communicated or explained at any point, and giving me 14 hrs to respond to their credit card inquiry was unreasonable. But, he was defensive and ended up escalating the situation, instead of de-escalating. One idea, hypothesized by the other families staying there, was that they were trying to free up rooms because of the very high demand that weekend to be able to charge more for the rooms. We scrambled and managed to find a last-minute Airbnb and stayed there. To Nicky's credit, he did text me the morning of our trip saying he could put me in a room, but there was no way I'd be giving him my business at that point. From the families that did stay at the hotel, they said the rooms were a bit run down but worked fine. But things were a little loud (given the packed hotel). The views were lovely. The pool was nasty (with a disconcerting film on it), and the exercise room had black mold everywhere. I've never left a negative review online before, but I was so annoyed with the whole situation that I had to write this. After seeing several other negative reviews of the staff and rooms, I'm actually glad it worked out like this for my family. I hope the management and staff actually take this feedback to heart and implement changes to avoid unnecessary last-minute hardships for clients that had made reservations read more

We stayed here during a coastal road trip and appreciated the waterfront location. I don't mind outdated amenities if they're clean, but both our rooms had a strong urine smell in the bathrooms--one worse than the other. Even basic cleaning with bleach or a bathroom spray would have helped. At $240 per room in peak season, cleanliness should be a given. Also, the outlets weren't working, which added to the inconvenience. Please check each room to ensure conditions are at least tolerable for guests. read more

The restaurant was good. The view was great! The beach was pretty accessible. Everything was really close to the hotel. They're very worried about theft and smoking, but, when I was there it was employees smoking everywhere, not the guests. So, maybe not be so threatening with the fines. read more

Better customer service! Very rude and didn't care. My family rented 3 rooms. One the toilet always clogged up. They advertise the hot tub, but the jets don't work. The first night the pool was disgusting they said they would clean it. I would never recommend this hotel at all. I could go on but I'll leave at that! read more

i am a disabled Vietnam Veteran that is struggling with terminal brain cancer. I explained this to the desk clerk and ask for her to check my reservation. She said all looked good and checked us in. Several days later I checked my credit card and saw they charged me over $6500.00 for 1 night. Booking.com was able to recover most of it but they still charged me over $820 for 1 night. I have never written a review, but this expensive hotel may as well have been a Motel 6. The "shower chair" did not fit in the shower. And there were cobwebs in the corner. I accidentally spilled some water next to the TV and the rag was so filthy after wiping it up. I waited literally 5 minutes at the front desk Watching a dog in a basket behind the register growl at me before I walked into the kitchen to get help, A wet shirt, sweatpant wearing and flip flop person asked me if I needed any help. I thought he was a tourist coming from the swimming pool area when in fact he was the person who checked me in after I walked back from the kitchen. After my 2nd trip back to the front desk because my card didn't work I finally got in my room. I immediately took pictures of the unplugged phone the broken door frame the hair in my towels and the Ken & Barbbie size television. The edge of the beds are so hard you can feel the metal rods going around the edge so I decided to sleep in my clothes. After a 13 Hour drive to get to Crescent City and all I was looking forward to a hot shower and a good night sleep. When getting the beds ready for the family, I peeled back the comforter and saw little specs. Chalked it up for sand as this place is by the beach and Thankfully, nothing was moving. After peeling it back a little bit further I noticed there were a half a dozen hairs on the bed, I stopped, and then started to peel back the layers on the second bed. More hairs!! I understand that the body loses hair all the time but after having an aunt that cleaned houses and staying at many hotels over my lifetime, I've never seen nothing to this extreme. I peeled back the next layer to review the fitted sheet, and it two had quite a few hairs on both beds. I went to the front desk, asked to see if there was a maid present that could redo the beds. The young lady at the desk seemed overworked and said she will go and do it herself as there is nobody that can do it. she will just need to find somebody to cover the desk. After a couple minutes of her wandering around looking for somebody , and being so exhausted, I decided to say I will do it myself. No apology knowing a guest should not have to do this as it's part of providing customer service. A clean bed...what a concept. After being handed a new fitted sheet and flat sheet, I proceeded back upstairs with the family to tackle the maids job on a hotel I paid for. Maybe something they should add in their amenities. you make your own bed ha ha ha. When I proceed to remove the fitted sheet, I found that the protective sheet that keeps the mattress safe was 10 times worse. Not sure when that sheet was ever washed or changed. there was hair and who knows what else that yellow crystal like substance was. At this point, I was at a loss....for the price paid. The details should be taken care of like changing a bed. I proceeded back downstairs to see the young lady still frustrated. Trying to deal with multiple guests after the bar and restaurant had closed and people purchasing some items from their drink shop. Might be an idea to keep a bartender available later as people still want to drink. I then asked her for a replacement sheet so I could just get some sleep since I need to strip the entire bed to the mattress now due to it never being done and so much hair. It just had a nasty yuck factor. She then told me she didn't know what that she was so that just lets me know that when she first offered to change the sheets she might've never change the bed before. Don't offer if you yourself don't know how to do something. So far we've stripped everything down and the only part that the kids and I like is the view. I guess all of the negative reviews are true. I just thought I would give this place a chance, but clearly the name change on the building that's happening is not the only thing that needs to be changed. I recommend Gordon Ramsay come into this place or some sitcom person to save this hotel because clearly, this place needs help. All the pictures people have posted have not seem to influence management in this establishment to do anything about it. I had plans to go down one of the stairways to not have to wait for the elevator and it would be fun to have some exercise with the kids after sitting for so long. I felt scared going down them. I've been into Long Beach beach bathrooms that looked safer. Update: So after bringing this who experience and all explained to the morning desk clear. They used the same sheets that I used turned inside out but they only made the best better then me and changed the towels and changed trash. They left me the old dirty sheets I pulled from the bed. I tried to bring this up to a manager but there on vacation and what seemed to be the owner behind the desk. (An elderly Asian Lady check shop prices on liquor) said she was not a manager and went back to price checking. I was passed to the restaurant manager. Another family member. Explained all of this to her, and she seemed generally sympathetic. She asked me what she could do. I said really, at this point it's up to you since I have had to make the beds for you and brought it up twice with your team. She saw I had my kids with me and she tried to offer ice cream but I explained politely that we just ate and had dessert. She insisted it's really good and that she would be more than happy to have it on the house. I insisted again we had eaten but stated food down the street at the microbrew was really good food and we eat there. She took a second and said I wouldn't eat there and that place is infested with rats. I don't know why people like that place. Sounds like they are really connected with the business community that they're trying to roll their fellow community members in a small town like Crescent city under the bus. Place looks like it was built in the 50's but I just found out it is only 20 years old. The son who "runs" the place is no where close to a professional manager of a hotel. Very rude. He laughed at the thought of having low reviews. During a power outage (fire) he still charged Full price when it should have been discounted since Pool, spa, mini fridge, tv or light to use restroom were out. At least the firefighters got a discount -well deserved. read more

Like other reviews mentioned the whole hotel is in need of updating and upkeep. However, getting an ocean front room makes those details easy to overlook. Room service doesn't come every day unless you ask. The pool and hot tub area was pretty messy. Front desk is hit or miss. Overall, for the price and the location I think it's worth a stay in this sweet little town. read more

First off, I made my reservation online over two months before my stay and requested an early check-in. When I arrived they said the room was not ready and to come back in a couple hours. I went for a walk on the freezing beach and then decided to go get a bite to eat for warmth. When I came back the room was ready and after checking in I was informed that a 100 dollar hold on my credit card for any damages done to the room would be released after check-out. I agreed and went up to the room which was on the third floor with a lighthouse view but with no deck. I then took a shower and the drain was clogged which filled up the tub. The water that floated up from the drain was gross, so I got out and went down to the front desk to report it. The girl behind the desk assured me that I would not be charged which I wasn't but when I asked if it could be fixed she said not today. I was not offered another room or refunded for not being able to use something I paid for. I left pretty early the next morning and went to the front desk to find a basket with a note saying to check out just drop your keys in the basket. I did but did not feel that this was a safe or correct way to do business. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! read more

I would not recommend this place. There were no managers present during our stay, which made it difficult to resolve any issues. One staff member in particular a woman with black hair, bangs, and red tinsel was especially rude to us. Several amenities in the room were broken, including the tub jets, and there was visible mold near the headboard and in the bathroom. After receiving our room we noticed that the toilet wasn't flushing, brought it to the attention to get a new room or get the problem fixed. There were no rooms available to switch, they offered a plunger, for we can plunged ourselves and the problem persisted they said I'll tell the manager ...had to go downstairs every time to use the bathroom. My whole family was uncomfortable. It had been two days and management still hadn't reached out to us after our complaint. I stayed here while I worked in the area. This place is run down and dirty. There is no room service to freshen up the room with extended stays. The TP was almost gone when I checked in and had to go to the front desk to ask for a role. The reading light on the desk was unplugged but since I had work to do I plugged it in and all it would do is flash and not function correctly. There isn't a closed bed frame like most places but if you decided to stay here do not look under the bed, huge mistake I did before writing this review. With work I lost track of time and day. I was supposed to check out on a Sunday but that blew by my mind. The room key didn't work so I had to visit the front desk. I missed my check out but they extended me since they had plenty of vacancies. They extended me this night but charged me an additional $80 more than the past 6 nights to $219 a night vs $139 the past nights. I would not stay here and wouldn't even recommend it to my ex-wife which I like about as much as Trump. Save yourselves and find a different place. Even at the $139 a night it is not worth it! read more

DO NOT STAY HERE THE PICTURES ARE DECEIVING. If I could give them a negative score I would. DIRTY , unorganized over priced, and TERRIBLE customer service. No manager on duty No house keeping but they did not tell us that on the phone when we made the reservation or when we checked in. I requested clean towels so they made me bring my dirty towels down and COUNT them out to them before I could have clean ones at the front desk. I could go on and on but no one what's to read all that. Just think carefully before you pick this place and lower your expectations! read more

Absolutely disgusting place - I was there for 2 hours before I checked out. The Jacuzzi tub was slimy and full of dirt and hair. I found Cockroaches around the fridge, spiders under the bed, and see the black bug I found IN my bed. The floors were covered in dust and hair. I immediately checked out after I found the bugs. The towels in the bathroom were tattered/ripped and stained. Signs on the wall that anything removed from the room is stealing and is priced at $25+ per item. The Shampoos/Conditioners in the bathrooms were watered down to the point of clear separation between the water and soap. See the many MANY reviews before me about bugs. I have called the front desk many times asking for management to contact me. It's going on 2 weeks and they "Don't know when management will be back in office" as they don't seem to have a schedule. I filed a chargeback on my credit card and will be filing with the health department for safety hazards. DO NOT STAY HERE. read more
