Because this is a small town there are not as many options to choose from for these services. I had not heard of Veikko before as they do not spend as much on advertising as their competition, but I decided to take a risk. Joel has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, helpful, proactive, and easy to get a hold of. My experience with him has been like night and day as compared to my experience with the other related companies this is especially impressive given that my rental was at the high end of the market at a time when the Market is overfilled with rentals in my range, and during a period in which it was taking much longer to get vacanc is filled. Even though Veilkko Provided this service on a fixed rate basis, they continued to provide the same high level of service even though it took much longer to fill the apartment than we had anticipated. Their prices were lower than their competition, Not only for the basic services but also for the photography package.  This company, Veikko,  is smaller than the competition, But this is an advantage because you get personalized service and a much quicker response. From the very beginning Nancy was responsive and upfront with what we needed to apply for rental. We were able to look at the place twice and once we had an application we were approved very quickly. I have nothing but good things to say. When moved in there were a few issues with the home but Nancy quickly had her team take care of it. She is quick to handle our maintenance responses and always follows up to make sure everything was done correctly. After all that I have a 820 credit score, and over 15,000 in verified income. Nancy has the nerve to tell me my last two years tax's aren't sufficient, and all rental company's will require to see my last six months of bank statements? "Which I said I was willing to provide" Then when I ask her if she subjects all her future tenets to this type of treatment? Her response is to hang up the phone. Unfortunately for you Nancy treating people this way will only make your life harder, and just because you have personal issues maybe keep them at home. You have made my experience with you horrible, I actually thought about asking you to help rent out my 10 acre property on Petaluma hill rd till you acted this way!
