The technological online tools, the friendly culture in the office, and the talented staff in place makes me want to own a home and have your company manage it! But time will tell if we are blessed with that opportunity haha.  My husband and I moved from Santa Cruz to Camp Meeker, and despite the distance, D&G worked with us through out the entire process. Therefore, I personally wanted to give a shoutout to the amazing Naomi, Sherry, and Jill. Their passion to help is seen throughout every small and large task they help customers with. Naomi - is an excellent communicator and very empathetic to the needs of her customers. For example: she was an excellent guide, and knew how important and personal moving is, and helped explain the entire process, deadlines, and made herself available whenever needed, removing all stress and logistical barriers. Sherry - thinks about every little thing that can further enhance the comfort of a tenant, hands down. For example the owner of our rental was having issues with the furnace and Sherry worked with him to get us temporary space heaters, and helped us resolve the issue in a week amongst holiday timelines, along eith some electrical items. Jill - was extremely kind in helping us move in 2 days earlier as we work from home and Comcast was not flexible on the installation date. It felt like she moved mountains for us. She was in constant communication with us about the process, and really coordinated with her team seamlessly. Just know we have nothing but amazing things to say about D&G!

From the moment I met Richard at the initial meet, I knew I had met the right representative. He immediately had a plan that took into account the aspects of the sale that most may have found challenging. We had few surprise issues ( neighbor and rain issue ) that Richard and John handled with ease. If I was buying or selling, esp in the River area, I would only use John and Richard. I felt so supported during the whole transaction and trust Richard and John implicitly.

Would not work with again…read more Debra represented me as a buyer on a property she listed. My offer was accepted and at first it seemed like she was enthusiastic about helping me, but didn't follow through on commitments she made and rarely contacted me except the occasional text. Luckily, when my original loan fell through Debra referred me to a great local lender that was able to get me approved and closed quickly. It felt like I was doing more due diligence and not like I had hired an agent to be an advocate for me. Things fell through the cracks that I ended up following up on, like not sending me the initial deposit request, not going through any documents with me besides emailing them to me to sign, and not even discussing a home warranty. She committed to have a cleaner visit one space in the house to de-odorize it, then said she would bring over the cleaning product for me, then she said she would "try" to bring it over. I kind of got the idea that I wasn't valuable to her as a client because I had a very low house budget and probably a lot lower income than more favored clients. Inspections got done quickly but they missed a big rodent infestation and it seemed like she was a little more buddy buddy with the inspectors and concerned with getting them done quickly rather than hiring for their expertise. She was evasive and didn't answer when I asked her how she was discounting the commission for the seller since she was also representing me as a buyer. Debra sent me a congratulations text when the transaction was finalized and left the house keys in a flower pot. When I brought up some issues after the transaction that I felt she had ignored, her response was that because I worked in a real estate office that she assumed I knew about everything. Uhhh really? So she was my agent and being paid commission for what? I have my house and I love it but I would have definitely secured a different agent if I had known I wasn't going to be respected or well represented.
