He came out to give us a quote and returned a couple more times to answer additional questions, show off the product, and make sure we were fully educated. He also was very frank about addressing competitor products, and was knowledgable about their product lines as well. When it came down to money, Lou was flexible and willing to negotiate, and we're very happy with the final price we agreed to. Their crew was just 2 guys (one of whom was a co-owner of the Morgan Exteriors) doing 20 windows and it took them 5 hours. Blown away by their speed and efficiency. They were clean, respectful (I work from home so was around while they completed the project), and the end result is incredible. He gave us a fair quote, helped us through the whole process, and did great work, the room is absolutely beautiful, inside and out! Whenever unexpected issues arose, he found and explained the root cause and offered a solution at a very reasonable price. Right at the end, when we found the door was cut to the wrong size at the factory, Steve advocated for us and secured a brand new door at no extra cost. Steve is remarkably punctual and dedicated to his craft. He maintains constant communication, ensuring we're promptly informed of any developments. His pricing is consistently fair, and his work exemplifies quality and precision. Steve consistently seeks to address challenges in the most effective manner. It's this level of attention to detail and commitment that truly distinguishes him. His quotes are always fair, and very accurate.
