I'm sure Cale (our builder) will love to hear how you boast a lifetime warranty but then deny your own work after the fact. I won't get into the nitty gritty but this guy lied about what our pricing included then told us at the end the price wasn't for the backsplash in our kitchen as well and he wanted additional money for it (new construction build). He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?

They respond to inquiries within 10 minutes if not less. I've even had them get back to me on Federal holidays when I wasn't expecting a response until later that week. We use them for mulch every season, for multiple lawn cleanings at the home we used to live at on Prospect St Andover, leaf removal every season, and large landscaping projects at our prior and current residences. They always do a great job and work start to finish without delays. I honestly don't even get prices from anyone else at this point. Tim will ask me what I want and what my budget is and then tells me what he can accomplish in that price range. It always looks better than what I imagined. Can't recommend them enough! The pics attached are from our most recent project at a rental property we needed cleaned up. The place was surrounded by beautiful bushes but completely overgrown and we needed to make it simple. It looks completely refreshed now. They completed this work 8/31/2026

Finnegan was one of four companies I had come out to quote the project. Tim, one of the owners, came out to look at my job personally in an attempt to help get a lower over all cost. I made a couple of changes between when I agreed to the deal and when they actually came to install. They were right there to help and get me exactly what I wanted. They were able to get our project done more than a week ahead of the promised time frame and the finished product looks amazing. Fast forward to today, August 31st, and we have not heard back from him or anyone at Finnegan Fence! Not one email, call, text message - NOTHING! We were completely left hanging. The staff was doing very good and impressive work so we called and asked about giving some much needed attention to our (new) yard. We had several mulched beds that were overgrown, bushes that were in severe need of a trim, flowering plants that were straggly looking. We really wanted to give our outside yard area a spring cleanup and 'refreshing.' We were warned up front that the company was very busy and it could be several weeks before they could get us on their schedule. We proceeded to obtain a quote which seemed very reasonable given the amount of work we were asking for. After approving, we then started the wait..... and true to their warning, the wait was pretty long. In fairness to The Doty Group, the first 3 weeks of July was very rainy and wet - meaning their schedule got pushed back even further. When our sunny July day arrived, the crew got straight to work, and work they did! After day 1, much of the cleanup and prep was completed and some of the mulching was done. Day 2 brought some more mulch, more cleanup and trimming and some crushed stone delivery. When they completed the job, I could not believe how much better our property looked; I'm certain that the refreshed curb appeal immediately increased our property value. Driving in our driveway now makes us proud of the appearance of our new home. I would recommend the Doty Group to anybody else looking for quality landscaping services in southern NH but suggest you book early, as we have, wanting to get on their spring schedule for next year!
