I called a few days after the latest they said it would be in and was told they had 1 piece but not the other. I was told that I would get a call that same day to tell me when the second piece would be in... I heard nothing all day. I called about half hour before close and was put on hold for 25 minutes. I hung up and called back - the woman answered and said how can I help you? After I explained that she left me on hold for 25 minutes(I am assuming she didn't care or forgot) she said oh yeah your glass will be here in two more days... so now the glass is a week later than it should have been, I have an irate customer looking for it, and who knows if it will actually be there when they said it would be. Not impressed at all with their customer service or false promises.

We recently moved across the country, from Seattle to Maine, and in transit, our "professional"…read moremover managed to completely shatter all four of the glass shelves that go into my curio cabinet. I sent an email to Hour Glass to find out the cost to make new ones, and Dan replied promptly with an estimate. The cabinet in question is a corner cabinet, and the shelves are very odd shaped - six sides in total, almost a gem shape. I went down to Hour Glass with the most intact pieces of the broken shelves so they could try to recreate the exact dimensions, but the entire back side was too far gone - they were going to have to attempt to guess the length of the back sides based on the information I could give them. I picked up my new shelves yesterday and was thrilled that they fit -- and they look great. At all times, everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs any custom glasswork done.
