We understood it would take awhile to get it back because we insisted on factory parts. But they kept moving the date back and then when we did get the car, the doors were fixed, but there was a host of other issues that showed a significant lack of attention to detail - or even a desire to do a good job - and now we are concerned about the quality of the repair. Here is a list: Vape pen in the car - someone was smoking while they were fixing the car and likely inside the car Passenger side door airbag visible and not secure Inside molding on the passenger side, front and rear, not secured Gasket on the hood not screwed in Piece of chrome molding broken during repair. They said they were going to fix/replace it, but when we arrived to have it fixed, they said they lost the part. Grease on the inside of the car - car not cleaned properly inside Cup holder melted Wires for dash cam cut Our car has always been dealer maintained and we are a military family, so everything is always perfectly cared for. I've worked in repair shops and on vehicles for over 25 years. My vehicle had no engine problems…read moreor concerns. After having a rear bumper only repaired via insurance, the car immediately started overheating, engine failing, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was not the original paint, ram air scoop under engine bay was replaced with an old one, multiple engine components/adjacent components were removed and replaced with none-original parts. Over the years I continually take photos of the engine bay and have tons of evidence and videos saved in the cloud and in emails. Everything was reported to the insurance company as well. Use your best judgment when using them.
