Leading up to my surgery I needed to get a medical approval and a few of the medical staff had procedures done by him and they both gave him great reviews. And one indicated his scarring is minimal and that I can attest to as well. His office is very nice, along with his staff. They are attentive and pleasant.

There were 2 things in my experience that caused me frustration: 1) The front-office seemed very disorganized. They scheduled and rescheduled nearly every appointment multiple times and at the last minute. For my actual surgery date, they rescheduled the date and time without notifying me. I only found out because I reached out thinking it was mistake when they sent me an appointment confirmation email. Luckily, my work is flexible and I was able to make it work but I could see that becoming a bigger issue for someone who doesn't have flexibility. 2) While Dr. Costa was highly experienced and polite enough, if I'm being honest, I felt like just another number. For my 2 follow-up appointments, I waited an hour just to have a quick 5-minute check-in that were both pretty pointless. I was expecting him to really look and feel my post-op nose and discuss how it was recovering. Instead, he quickly popped in and asked if I had any questions or concerns (without even really looking at my nose). When I did ask a question, he was dismissive and defensive as if he assumed that I was expressing dissatisfaction even though I assured him it was strictly curiosity. I wish I had found a doctor who was more attentive and personable. Dr. Costa has a lot of great reviews so maybe my experience was a bit of a fluke. My only advice to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon is to shop around to find a doctor/practice that you feel good about -- trust your gut and speak up.

She is not only an incredibly talented massage therapist, but also a genuinely caring and wonderful person. I primarily see LaShea for lymphatic drainage massage because I have issues with my lymphatic system not working as well as it should. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always seems to know exactly what my body needs. Her lymphatic massages have helped tremendously with lymphatic buildup and have helped me feel more comfortable and loosened up so my body can function better. Recently, I had an upper trap injury after a fall and came in with quite a bit of pain and discomfort. LaShea immediately noticed that I was struggling and suggested that we focus on my back to help relieve some of the tension and pain. The massage was absolutely amazing. She incorporated cupping to help with the areas that felt particularly stagnant and tight, and the results were incredible. I had already seen a chiropractor for the injury but was still experiencing significant pain afterward. LaShea was able to work what felt like a miracle and made a noticeable difference in how I felt, while also helping me finally relax. I have been back several times since then, and she has continued to help tremendously with my tight neck and shoulders. She seems to know exactly where my problem areas are and how to work on them effectively. I am so grateful that I found LaShea. She is an exceptionally talented massage therapist who truly cares about her clients, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.
