There's a one time short application process for new customers. Frank, the staff member was really awesome and patient with us when we were running late to our appointment. He was very thorough and explained the whole application process and once we were getting ready to enter the CRYO chamber he went over the steps and how it works thoroughly. They have a changing area for you and provide you with gear to wear during the time in the chamber. The average interval is about 3 minutes and if you feel like you can't make it, the staff member is there through the process and can get you out if you want to. I honestly felt amazing afterwards and can't wait to be back here!
