I've been to many tanning salons before and wanted to check and see if this one would be a good fit for me. They somehow had perfect answers to every single one of my extensive questions, you can tell the staff is extremely knowledgeable and well trained! I learned so much that I never knew about tanning from them during my short visit and I was also shown/taught a great deal about the wellness services they offer! I was shown real results and was taught all about the benefits of red light therapy (which is incredible). They took the time to welcome me and take me through the whole salon showing me the tanning beds, red light panel, therapy sauna and spray booth! Everything appeared so new and clean! They even took the time to help me find all of the products that will work best for me. I was given a whole routine! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to receive a beautiful tan, great therapies and exceptional customer service! Nicole (the manager) was wonderful. I plan to go very regularly!

From the start, she made me feel completely comfortable and checked in regularly to ensure the pressure was just right. She really listened to my needs and focused on the specific areas I asked her to, which made such a difference. Rhonda is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very skilled in her craft. You can tell she is not only well-trained, but also truly passionate about what she does. She took her time and used techniques that felt both purposeful and effective. Sometimes a massage is just "okay," but this was on a whole different level. Rhonda created an experience that was deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and left me feeling amazing afterward. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly professional and rejuvenating massage.

Make sure you thoroughly read their cancellation policy. Horrible customer service. As a new…read morecustomer and new resident in the Myrtle Beach area I was trying to find someone to fill in my existing lashes before my birthday on Monday. I called and spoke with Rae who told me she is the only one at the salon and that she would work with me to do my fill. She told me to book for an hour and a half fill because she wanted time to "talk" about what to do with my lashes but she would only charge me for an hour fill. I was already worried about that because of the pricing difference but I booked it as directed. Then I had visitors who were staying with me that ended up having to leave later on Saturday than originally planned so I tried to cancel my appointment via Facebook when we found out Friday evening for an appointment Saturday at 10. I understand that I cancelled within 24 hours and that you should charge a fee of maybe $25-$30 for the inconvenience but to charge me $100 dollars is RIDICULOUS! I mean at least allow people to use it towards rescheduling an appointment!!! So if I did even want to reschedule I would've had to pay $200 to get a FILL! Also on the phone she basically told me I wasted her time because now she would have a gap in her schedule and wouldn't be able to fill it. I told her I'm sure she could probably contact her clients and they would be willing to come in early or to contact someone who was looking to get an appointment today. She scoffed at me. I ended up hanging up on her because I was just so frustrated. Honestly don't expect good customer service here, she is completely unwilling to work with customers and just keeps telling you that's the company policy. I've worked in customer service for years and can tell you that to just blow off a customer or potential customer with "company policy" when it's already a small business is not the way to build up your reputation.
