I just called now which is two hours later to talk to somebody to see if the systems were up so I could come back and you can't speak to anyone. you can only respond to an automated system and you have to leave a message and they'll call you back in an hour. Totally ridiculous. The staff can't even take a simple phone call to answer a simple question. Horrible customer service.

I was shocked when I put in my credit card and I was expected to pay a tip. A 10% tip would be $170, a 15%=$225. I always give a 20% tip when I get a massage or a facial because these people generally are not paid a big salary. I have never been asked to leave a tip. to a nurse for a face treatment, and I have had many. I called several friends, and they also had never heard of tipping a nurse, especially when the bill is so large for an hour's treatment. I'm wondering if this is the norm in Myrtle Beach. Haley is 5 STARS

Everyone at Mulan Nails and Spa are so genuinely friendly and helpful. We were able to get an appointment right away. Brooklyn was so good to my with who has difficulty speaking. Brooklyn matched her color beautifully and had very respectful chats with her. Then Brooklyn attended to my needed pedicure as my wife's nails were drying. I totally enjoyed our conversation about family, food favorites and travels. I also enjoyed side conversations about good dining in China... interesting dishes. I highly recommend Mulan Nails and Spa. We were treated with friendly greetings, warm smiles, and perfect respectful service. We will be back soon.

There was only one other patron there in the salon. We each got the Luxury (four star) pedi. This was my first time getting the hot stone massage. It was very nice and relaxing. The staff were very nice...I had extensive talks with what I wanted was a facial. We spoke about…read morethe price which was $85, I became a member which they stated $75. I'm not sure of what happened, I should have looked at the receipt. I would've seen that they were charging me $150 for my facial Which turned out to be a Microderm. I have never had a microdermabrasion and it was not talked about in any conversation that I had and it was never told to me that it was gonna be $150. I question the girl doing the facial why I wasn't receiving a steam, hot towels, neck rub, and she mumbled something that in the advanced facials you don't receive that? So, later looking at my charges I noticed I paid $150 which shame on me I should've done when I was in the building, but I guess I trusted and thought I was getting what I asked for! Again, Never having a Microdermabrasion done, I knew it wasn't what facials I have had in the past-just thought that's what they did as a facial...please remember, microdermabrasion was NEVER mentioned or the PRICE!!! I've always just had facials. I called and spoke with the manager, she would not do anything to compensate or to correct this miscommunication on their part I feel because I never stated I wanted a microdermabrasion? Very poor customer service, she would talk with the scheduler and the girl that took my information, but never once did she say that she would talk to her upper manager? And still refused to compensate or do anything . I called her back and asked her to speak with her manager, which she said she would, but it would be after the weekend because they don't work weekend. this Thursday. Not sure if she counts Friday as a weekend? It's sad that business is now they don't really care anymore. About good customer service ! luckily there was 30 days that you could cancel the contract. I did it in less than 24! When I canceled the contract, the manager said OK ! A competent and good manager, would have said why don't we wait and see what we can do to help you out... I would be very cautious going to this establishment and if you do check your receipt, I would say be perfectly clear in what you want, I thought I was in fact, I know I was but somehow I ended up with a treatment I didn't want. I would never have paid $150 for a facial. Initially, I had called and left a message to call me back, stating I was interested in getting some treatments, a facial and a massage I should have known after two days that I didn't hear anything, this was a red flag that this was not a reputable business. But I went ahead anyway-pay attention to the signs that you get, them not calling me back was a big RED flag.... good luck
