The help received though was very good and I got my diagnosis and medications on the first day. However, I was just told by the receptionist to Google the question I asked when I called and that was uncalled for. In my job if I told a customer that I would be reprimanded, if not fired. I felt the entire time on the phone call that I was not wanted as a customer and was a bother for even calling, much less for asking a question. When I go in for my follow up the summer I will be speaking to the provider about changing my care to another provider/office. This is not the first time I have felt this way and I do not get this feeling from any other provider that I see. I refuse to pay good money to be treated like this by the office staff.

I always give a 20% tip when I get a massage or a facial because these people generally are not paid a big salary. I have never been asked to leave a tip. to a nurse for a face treatment, and I have had many.
