The care and professionalism of my provider for what I consider to be a luxury aesthetic treatment was on point. She explained every aspect of the treatment prior to beginning, including the many benefits for my skin, important to know since this was performed on my face. I felt at ease and comfortable throughout the procedure, and was provided necessary instructions post procedure for home care. Thoug everyone was very nice and they seem to offer a lot of services, I do not recommend them. I spent over $800 on fillers on my face after I had lost some weight and my face lost some of its plumpness. One side looks great but the other side looks like I got a big bag under my eye and still a deep groove in my upper cheek. I went back for a follow up and was told they could dissolve the filler (which takes me back to step one and I lose my money) or I put a warm compress and "smooth it out.". it's been over 6 weeks and there has been no change to that side. I'm not going back so they can charge me again to fix their mistake. Very unsatisfied. Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. And for some reason they always have my first name wrong. read more

The lowest you can give is one star so I'll go with that. I "requested" an appointment for 12:30. Then they texted me the next day asking me if I could come in either at 12:00 or 2. I texted back within 30 minutes, because who is glued to their phone? She texted me back again saying that time was booked and to schedule for the 27th. So what I'm getting from this is they double book. They either texted me and someone else the same thing and it was first text back gets it, or they texted me first and when I didn't respond within 5 minutes they booked someone else. I spoke to the "directional manager" and she said it indeed was first come first serve even WITH APPOINTMENTS, so at that point why create a website to schedule appointments, when it doesn't work that way. If you do first come first serve, why even have those times available on your website? I scheduled my appointment a day ahead and the next day (day of), they rescheduled me for another time then after I responded texted me 5 minutes later saying those times were booked too, manager told me people schedule 2-3 weeks in advance, okay that's fine, so again why was there times available all day long for both day of and next day and day after that. But again they said they don't double book. This is how they treat potential new clients... I took off work for this and when I NICELY texted them back after she tried to schedule me for the 27th all I got was "I'm sorry" followed by bullshit explanations which I explained above. WHY HAVE A WEBSITE TO BOOK APPOINTMENT IF THEY WILL JUST BE GIVEN AWAY. manager told me it's not an actual appointment it's a request for an appointment, so again why does the website to book it exist if it doesn't work that way, and why would they text me asking to book for 12 or 2pm and by the 30min I texted back it was booked. I understand they have a business to run and want as many customers as they can get but by treating new clients like this they're not gonna have any. Just make sure to ask them what are you getting for the price you are paying? Ask them how far you get when your paying $600 to $900 twice for filling on your face will cover the area you wanted to be treated? Make sure to ask if she used all on you or keep half for the next customer If she give you service as far as fillings on your face and if doesn't look satisfied to you make sure you make her corrected right then , if she tell you let see how it will settle in couple of weeks, if need touches up she will do it with no additional cost, have her put that in writing!!!,that will never happen. It happen to me,, I spent over $5000.00 and pay them ALL at one time before get any services throughout 3 months period I still have all of my dark spots and wringles ...that's ok..what's not ok is when it's time to get a little touches up on fillings she had done on my face look bumpy under eye, she simply make an appointment for you and let you sit there waiting with out seeing you and with no explanation why? So you might end up go home with your bumpy eye. Unprofessional, un caring, un experience,,,oh by the way, if you email them to complain don't expect to get emails explanation back.
