Went for consult. Cost 50.00 You also pay a little extra if you put it on a credit card. You can get that particular consult for free at other places. Over a few days, was going to go ahead with the procedure but they dud not answer the phone number on the website. After 2 days of trying to call, I drove up there. I was scheduling the appointment and they said, by the way, this had gone up 500.00 from what I was quoted. It was already in the high kimit in my opinion.This was all in the matter of a week. I went and had my first glycolic facial. Everyone there was super nice, knowledgeable & if they weren't 100% sure about something they would get someone who could answer my questions completely. I went here a few years ago for eyebrows. I complained about them after two sessions and the owner never met me to look at them. when I went back for another session, the woman doing the work confronted me about messaging the owner. First off, this place is hard to find. My appt. Reminder email sent 2 days before my appt. had their old address on it but luckily, it is very near their current address. Once there, they had me fill out paperwork but then waited until I was about to have Botox before explaining they were going to be using Xeomin instead because they were out of Botox. I am thankful they were honest about that but felt it was a little dishonest of them to not let me know before my appt or even at the time of my arrival. When this was mentioned to the Owner, she became extremely defensive and rude and told me she did not appreciate my feedback. All I have to say is A. I'm sorry for giving honest feedback because anything negative will not be tolerated by them and B. This can be a bit intense with heat altering with cool and she let me guide how high to go, to relax me she did some reflexology. Amanda the manager was upbeat and kind. I do not recommend this 'spa.' I paid for a 4 sessions; 1-week apart Unicorn facial. Today was week/day 4. Every session the therapist was LATE. If you don't mind having to wait at least 15 minutes beyong your appointment scheduled session time, Week/Day 3 she was 25 minutes late, but when advertising a 20-minute session, 4 sessions, at least one of the sessions I would have liked the therapist to be on time. This is not a relaxing facial. Painful as the solution is rough and the therapist uses too much pressure to the point of being painful. It is also very expensive, and I will be looking for a more reasonable spa in the future. read more

I went here to have the perfect peel done. This is a very expensive peel. I told my service provider that I have never peeled in the past when I have had chemical peels. She reassured me that I would and not be be nervous. I went ahead and never felt a thing. I went home a followed the take home kit to the tee. I am on day 4 and still nothing so o decided to contact the spa. They have not been very understanding they offered me a service that I would not even due to my face especially after this not working nor are the willing to give me my obey back on a service that failed. I went twice for permanent eyeliner. The procedure itself was not that unpleasant. After the 1st procedure, I was told I'd likely have to come back for a retouch. I went back about 10 months later and was charged full price for the "retouch". I had always thought a "retouch" was either free or a significantly discounted rate. I thought the 2nd procedure would lead to amazing effects so I paid the price and left. The tattoo artist who did my procedure was an extremely loud-mouthed, obnoxious, and opinioned New Yorker who felt the need to share her political views about President Trump to me. I'm a middle of the road moderate and my views are rather passive and wholeheartedly humanistic and for the "greater good" type of mentality. I understand there are citizens that genuinely hate Trump and that's ok. But I'd rather not receive a tongue lashing from a supposed "professional" who is tattooing my eyes. And on an end note the eyeliner didn't even last 6 months. Now, almost 1 year later, there are absolutely no remnants of the "permanent" eyeliner. Definitely do not compromise your sanity or waste your money. This was the most unpleasant procedure I have ever experienced. read more
