The date they gave us for installation was exact with no delays. In fact we were called the day before so that we would know when to expect them - morning or afternoon and an hour before they actually came they again called to let us know the time. We are very pleased with the results and best of all they were considerable cheaper than the other quotes for the exact same product. I will use them again when we replace the bathroom countertops. My only suggestion would be that they have a buzzer on the door so that when a customer enters their business they can hear it from their offices.

I hired Steve....on the recommendation of my realtor....to inspect a mobile home. As anyone who is familiar with the structure of a mobile knows, a thorough inspection of the underbelly is crucial. Whether or not Steve did that is questionable. After assuming possession of the home I hired a contractor to install an exterior door. He needed to inspect the structural integrity of the foundation of the home and he saw rot and mould throughout the skirting material. This condition was clearly visible, not hidden by siding, sheathing or any other obstacle. Steve has refused to accept responsibility for his oversight. Arin was also patient and explained the process, the energy benefits of the new windows and how the whole project would take shape. The windows are gorgeous. The installation went off without a hitch, they were super respectful of curious neighbours, cleaned up as they worked and so took up a much smaller footprint than I had imagined. Nevertheless I gave him a call - and I'm glad I did. This guy took his time explaining things to me and talking to me on the phone and I thought: if he's this thorough with a phone call, I'm inclined to think he will be thorough with a house inspection. And he sure was. My dad is an engineer and was impressed by Andre. We had three different house inspections with Andre and were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Our fourth house inspection had to be done by someone else due to timing - and that's when we really saw just how experienced and top quality Andre's inspections are. The contrast was interesting. The other person's inspection was fine, but Andre does a walk through with you that is really helpful and the other company did it digitally which I didn't prefer. Take it from me, someone who had four house inspections in one month! Andre knows his stuff. When making such a huge purchase, you'll want him taking a look. He's got the technical skills and the people skills to make the process bearable. Thanks, Andre!
